"Damn, rat what happened t'you?" Alcyone fended off the blows as best she could. She wasn't as fast as Dragoon, but fortunately she was a helluva lot more durable. It would still take a while for the mindless kitsu to wear her down.
"A cheat's differnt from a monster, you know? Snap the hell outta it."
Alcyone led Dragoon into the trees and across the landscape until she finally came to what she'd been looking for: a small pond. She allowed Dragoon to dart in to bite her and, as soon as sharp fangs sunk into her shoulder, grabbed the smaller femme by the scruff of the neck and hurtled her into the ice-cold water.
s**t. She'd been limping for a couple of days. Turan was going to fret when Alcyone asked her to heal that bite wound.

Dragoon heard what Alcyone hade said, but she didn't answer. The only thing right now she would answer to were orders. Her emotional self was so ashamed on what had happened and tryed to regain control, but the emotionless part was having fun and did that mean she was too having fun, that was something to thinking about when this was over with.
Taking the opening that the bigger kitsu had given her and bit down, but then feeling of being thrown and a plop in the pond.
With the shock of the very cold water made it possable for the emotional side to take over. Breaking the surface of the water and gasping for breath and saw that Alcyone was waiting for her. Dragoon really didn't feel like contuning and took the defeat. Ears were down and she felt ashamed of what happened and getting out of the water. "What you just saw was my emotionless Nobody self. That is what I was before comming here," she said and indicateing to her kitsu body for the last part. "That is part of me that I didn't never want to see again." As she looked away. The looked back. "I guess that I'm a cheat and a monster. There is no difference. At least you look so much cool than I do."
Dragoon saw the bite mark and summoned a small poral to the side of her and pulled out a potion. "Here, I guess the only thing that I'm good at is just to follow," and rolled the healing potion to Alcyone.

Alcyone tilted her head to the side in a curiously birdlike gesture. She didn't really understand what the bottle was - booze? - but there were bigger things to be confused about at the moment.
"I didn't say you were a monster," she said vehemently. Alcyone had been accused of the same thing so many times, it wasn't worth going over. "Kitsu have minds. None of us are monsters. An' a fight ain't about looking cool."
She cracked her neck.
"What the hell happened back there?"

"Well that part of me is one. Living to serve, to fight for the death, for the one who gives the orders." A shiver when up her back as the one that use to give the orders was here as a kitsu. Streching somewhat to find out what was sore.
Scratching her head for a minute to figure out what to say. "What you saw was how I was before I came here, my Nobody self, a emotionless creature, that uses a lance, my past life before I had gotten emotions or an alusion of them. I haven't really fought as a kitsu and the more we fought the more my body and mind wanted to fight how it truely knows and I reverted back to that self."

"Is that what you really think?"
Alcyone's ears flicked forward, and even though her face was masked, she still gave off the air of someone who was deeply troubled. She had inherited her mother's fiercely independent streak. To her mind, a warrior should never be controlled.
"But yer not really like that." She smiled encouragingly. "I saw you. You didn't look emotionless back there. You looked pissed. Isn't it good to be a berserker in a fight? Blows off steam and works out all your troubles. I know I feel better already."

She nodded yes to Alcyone's question. "I can feel the other lurking and waiting. It becomes stronger force when backed into a conner or when I think about my former master being here,"
Dragoon had thought that Alcyone might be troubled from hearing what she had told her. But being ordered around was all that she knew until she had become a kitsu.
Thinking for a bit on what Alcyone had just said. "That is true, I'm not like that anymore." As she smiled a bit and felt a little better. "Well if I you hadn't thrown me into the water you would have seen it. Well I was pissed at your name calling and a lack of me fighting in this body. But it was fun and a learing experence too." Chuckling a bit at how Alcyone was cheering her up and it worked. "Your right I do at least feel a little better,"

Alcyone tilted her head to the side in assent.
"Good. I feel better too."
It was true. She hadn't been happy about the telporting, but she also hadn't had such a good work-out in a long time. Her mother tended to hold back with her when they sparred. Alcyone would have to think of another way to rile Dragoon up if they fought again.
The spiny femme ambled over to the edge of the clearing, clearly readying herself to leave. She shouldn't leave the kid on his own for too long.
"Same time and same place next week?"

Standing up and streching out to make sure that everything was in the correct places. Knowing that she needed to tuffen up some more and practice more up close combat. Dragoon thougth that she try not to use her portals the next time and try to become a little faster.
"That sounds like a plan. See you then." As stayed in the clearing streching to make sure she didn't become too stiff.
