Lavi looked questionably at the new arrival before he laid his head back on the chair, it was so comfortable. As he moved his right ankle he undid the top button on his shirt to allow him some breathing room before he laid back again only to find Sora, unside down, in front of his face.

Sora glared at the other, assessing him. "So, are you really lost, or is it just an act?" He asked Lavi accusingly.

Lavi continued to stare at the person before he picked up a small book and slammed it hard on his head and jumped off the chair landing on the wall. "Oh, who knows, I am lost, not a clue." Lavi snickered as he inspected the room than brought out his weapon. "Care for a fight?" As the words slipped out a small door in the corner appeared.

Drawing the keyblade, Sora smirked back. "Sure" Was the only thing he said before attacking Lavi close range, just as a wizened old man and Riku appeared. "Oh my, I daresay that boy shouldn't be moving." Merlin sttutered like usual, as Riku tried to figure out away to end the pointless fighting.

"Um, okay," replied Lavi using his hammer to hit Sora across the room, whether he landed or not, he probably did, was unknown to him. Lavi stretched out and went back to the chair which he had been in, noticing he had only just barley hit Sora he cursed slightly, inaudible to the rest.

Riku looked on in wonder, Merlin looked quite shocked as well. Riku went over to Lavi. "You idiot! What made you think you could fight in your state, well, you didn't for long, and you won, but still. Don't do it again." As he was chiding Lavi, noone noticed Sora get up and cast firaga, until it hit Lavi.

Lavi tumbleled with the chair in flames for only a second but in the time the force of the spell knocked the chair to the floor and Lavi laid on the floor burn marks all over him, 3rd degree at best. There was a moments silence, than he started to scream. It hurt, the pain, was worse than getting stabbed.

Merlin and Riku rushed to Lavi's side, Merlin calmly assessing the situation the situation and Riku glaring murderously at a shocked Sora. Merlin looked at the two, a serious look on his face. "Riku, help me get him to the bed, Sora, get me the scissors, we'll have to cut his clothes off, so they don't graph to his skin. Riku and Sora set to work immediately, Riku picking up Lavi bridal style, and setting him on the bed. Sora grabbed the scissors, walking carefully over to Lavi's bedside. He looked hesitantly at Riku, unsure of what to do. Riku jerked the scissors out of his hands, glaring at him. "You stay over there, you've already done enough." Sora looked sadly at Riku, knowing he had just damaged their friendship with his own stupidity, again. Riku on the other hand was having a little dilemma, should he wait for Merlin, who had left to get his burn salve and bandages, or cut Lavi's clothes now. It was Lavi's pain filled gasps that made Rikus decision for him. He started with Lavi's jacket and undershirt, slipped off his bandanna, finally cutting his pants and undergarments, hurriedly laying a blanket over his torso. He then sat next to the unconcious red-head, waiting for Merlin.

Lavi beathed heavily taking a few gasps as the burns on his body began to spread, magic caused this a lot. The pain was growing but as he jerked his hand landed on top of Riku's. Unable to open either of his eyes he guessed Riku was sitting there, but hearing was a hard thing. He waited quietly till everything went dark. Very dark. Riku was still there but the roars and chaos were around him for only a few seconds. Again, the environment settled. Where was he now? Merlins? Home? Dead?

Just as Riku was abut to begin yelling for him, Merlin came bustling into the room, Aeris following behind, gasping when she saw the state the boy was in.Giving Sora a stren and disappointing glance(making Sora feel worse than he already had.) she began casting cure after cure on Lavi, until not a burn mark was left. She smiled at Riku (Merlin, seeing as he wasn't doing much, decided to give Sora a firm talking to during this time) "I know you've only just met Riku, but I can tell you and this young man will go through alot together." Riku blushed, not really sure how to take that. Aeris simply smiled in understanding and left Riku to care for the now sleeping Lavi.

Lavi woke up the next morning in a bed off the side of the small home, it was a small room. Two beds along one bed with one small table in between and a door leading outside. Lavi stood up and as his vision cleared he noticed Riku sleeping on the other chair and just silently watched him smiling. "Thank you." he whispered trying to escape the room.

Waking up, Riku caught Lavi trying to run. He grabbed his wrist, holding him back. "Don't run Lavi. You need the rest. And besides," he chuckled slightly. "Where do you think you'll go naked?"

Lavi grew a bright red and jumped back into the bed he had come from sighing slightly he buried himself deep within them.

Riku smiled at the action. Going back to sitting on the chair. He sat there for a few minutes, until he finally decided to ask. "Need help getting to sleep?"

" I.. Can't really sleep.." he whispered a small tear falling down onto the sheets. He was so alone. The sun was still long from risen, and it seemed as if everything, was, dark. Again.
