No one active? Well, here's a couple of ideas:
1) Advertise.
2) More features like more giveaways, donations
3) Special features - what makes your guild unique? See other guilds and try to outdone them or do something they can't do but you could without breaking the ToS.
4) My personal suggestion - G.A.M.M. manga. The manga should ever growing with characters are all G.A.M.M. members. I could help out but not without pay.
Hey! Drawing takes effort and concentration but don't worry. I only need, say, 500 gold for a comic strip (1 page) and 1000 G for an episode (usually has 6-12 pages). If wanna make a whole volume (contains at least 12 episodes), it'll cost 10k.
I get this idea when I read the Gaia mini-comic.
