sometimes people dont look as good as thy do in the movies, guys, makeup, hairdo, whatever, i think hes cute enough, you guys are judging him even before the movie comes out, like come on, remain positve, i know maybe he does look young, but thats what hes descibed like in the book..young and innocent, this is the whole robert as edward fiasco all over again,

nice to know atleast someone agrees with me, ye its not until new moon that he looks older guys, your getting ahead of yourself. in twilight, hes 14, young, and NOT a wolf yet, so i think taylor or whatever, has got it going pretty good.

I've got a lot of things I've got to say regarding Taylor, but I'll refrain from saying them here. I've been ranting a lot to my mom and dad, though. >_<
I'm kind of losing faith in Summit, even if they did make good choices for Edward and Bella (yes, I've accepted Kristen as Bella). Taylor had better be a damn good actor. That's all I'm saying. mad

I have to say I'm very disappointed. I think they could have done much MUCH BETTER!!! I've never thought he was cute, and I don't think he can do a good Jacob. The fact that Jacob is my favorite character in the book and they get Sharkboy to play him makes me very mad. The person I would have liked to see play Jacob Black would have been Steven Strait. I mean he's cute, got the body for a werewolf. Can act well. HELLO!!! HE WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT!!!

while i would have loved to have seen Steven Strait as Jacob black I realize that steven would make much better jacob for new moon and eclipse because that is when jacob changes the most, in twilight jacob is still very young, innocent. . .he's even shorter than bella isn't he?
steven is tall and he's older now while i don't like most of the choices they have done for the casting of this movie a part of me is still willing to give it a chance. .i just won't be paying to go see it. ..ill wait.

well since they've done pretty good with all th casting so far, i dont think they'd mess up with jacob, i like everyone, especially jacob, wink

KiraLight Yeah..unfortunately.. Sharkboy is indeed Jacob Black.. I have to go to school so I will be edit this thread and say more when I get home XD It's not on Stephenie's page. stare I won't believe it till I see it.

I think that taylor will do fine. i mean he's got the big sunny smile and he looks the way jacob does in twilight, he's not too old or too young. No offense intended, but u guys are acting like u could do a better job and maybe u can,but i'm just saying that maybe u should watch the movie before u judge. And maybe i'm only accepting taylor cuz i don't really care who plays jacob in twilight and i really don't think i should be saying this at all cuz i STILL haven't accepted robert as edward and probably never will even if he's a good actor. But yeah that's pretty much it.

and if theres a second or third they use someone else. cause he looks to young,
