Good luck, dude...just stay relaxed and give it your all. I promise you'll get in if you push yourself to want it more than anyone else there.
But I have to say that if I could march anywhere else...I'd go to Bluecoats hands down. I like the experience I had over there when I went to audition back in '05.

i marched troopers in 2000, '01, '02, and aged out in 2005. played mellophone, of course.
i can't wait to see what troop is up to this season. my spies have reported some really good stuff, including (gasp!) "ghost riders" eek

I just saw Academy's show and I've gotta say, I am incredibly impressed with them this year.
I loved their ballad, I loved their closer...I loved it all.
I would've been marching Revolution this year and possibly Crossmen, but I had to pull out for health issues. (I play Mello too! Rock on!)
This coming year, I plan to audition for Revo again and possibly Academy.
I was really impressed with Academy. Not so much for Pioneer...And I don't remember if Troop's an open-class or world-class corps, but I LOVED them.
I mean, who COULDN'T love Troop? I'd try out for them if only I lived around that area...*Sigh* Unfortunately, I'm in San Antonio...Nowhere near auditions.
Anyway...
