Kannah nodded quietly as she listened to the other lioness. Tearing into the flank beside her and revalling in the taste of the fresh kill as her stomach growled at her more fiercely. Taking a moment to swallow she nodded. "All my experiance with the Gods lies in stories and tall tales. Half the time I wonder if they are even true for as you say, they dont seem to be very interested in our affairs."
Her tail lightly flicked from side to side as she tore again into the flesh of the kill. She hadnt considered where she would go after this. She was a roamer, looking after herself and following the prey as it migrated through the lands. Her reply was a shrug of her shoulders as she chewed. "Dont know really.. never have a destination set."

Kiuma let the conversation lag a little as she polished over a good bit of the meat, filling the bottomless hole that was her stomach these days. When her gulping had slowed somewhat, she took up the conversation again, lifting and dropping a shoulder.
"I was like you, once upon a time. I traveled for the love of it, to see places I'd never seen and meet creatures of all kinds. I think I had some bit of sucess at it, but then again, perhaps none of it really mattered anyway. Now though... I do have a destination in mind, though I don't know where it lays just yet. I'm looking for a sheltered area, some place secluded and unclaimed..." She felt the idea becoming more solid to her, more real inside her head, and it gave her courage. "I want to find a place to raise a family, but I don't want to do it in a pride. I've had enough of them in my past... I want something different for my daughters. I'm just hoping I'll know it when I see it."
Kiuma mused as she swallowed down her last bite, feeling as though there were no room left in her stomach for even one more shred of the prey's flesh. She settled back with a sigh, resting for now as she gave her stomach a little time to digest.
