ok, from what i learned.. the hair doesn't have to grab on so close to the head.. give it some volume a bit. and add more detail to the hair.. instead of it just being clumps, have some strands moving around.
the neck seems to be a bit short for me, i don't know if it's suppose to be like that,.. but yea.. it seems off a bit.
the left (my left) arm like the hand is gone.. if one arm is showing.. so should the other.. unless the shirt is uneven.. which means bad tailoring

the wing.. uh not much detail is into it.. it seemed as if you didn't really care if it looked bad.. you should go here:

and lastly.. the clothes need to have more relevent folds and creases.. to make it look like he's not a stick
