"Ohhhhhh! I see." Fenrir said, ears twitching. Alright, that explained it. If they were his books that he wrote then he should be allowed to write them. It was kinda like when her Daddy and Dad wrote their names on the bottoms of the pictures in their sketch books. It all made so much more sense knowing that he wrote them, "Thats neat that he writes books."
She didn't read a lot yet but knew the importance of books none the less.
When the tables were turned and she was the one being questioned her tail set to wagging, "Not sure yet. Kinda want new shoes, saw a neat kind in a magazine that I was to get." She said, remember the shoes with the thick soles that were designed to make people look taller, "Though at the same time I want to get some candy. I wonder if I would have enough for both." The last part said in a thoughtful manner.

"Uuuhhhh...Actually, I have no idea what my dad writes. Heh." Kale said, oblivious as ever to the world around him. His attention soon turned to Fenrir, and he decidely un-cool answer. Shoes?! How girly! Kale was hoping she would be smart enough to spend her cash on some thing cool! But, then again, candy was always a smart and long-lasting investment. Plus, with enough sugar any thing was technically possible.
Oh well. Hanging out with Fenrir and Piper as they bought girly stuff had to be more fun than watching his dad sign books. "Well, we could go down to the shoe store and check 'em out?"

"Oooooooh... Shoes! What kind? What magazine was it??" Piper was practically bouncing on her toes in her excitement. The girl was just a bit upset that her own strangely shaped feet didn't exactly fit into shoes and thus she couldn't enjoy them as much. But she made do with socks. Those you could cut little holes in.

Fenrir looked over at the two before tilting her head to the side, thoughtful, "Mmmm, I can't remember. It was some sort of fashion magazine but the name escapes me." She said, then smiled, "But they were pretty none the less! Lets go see if they have them before we go and get candy, sound good?" She asked of the pair.
She was pretty sure that she could get both, then again they might not have the shoes at the store since the magazine she'd seen them in never said where she could buy them. She turned in the direction of where the shoe store was, ready to lead the way.
