Not so much a band... but I like Kanon Wakeshima.
She stands out amongst most other performers.
But if you absolutely need a rock band, lemme throw another anime band at you, Maximum the Hormone.
I like their screaming.

Aqua timez, Asian Kung-fu generation, Tohoshinki, Flow, Hearts Grow, High and Mighty Color, Kat-tun, MARIA, NewS, Orange Range, Tommy Heavenly6, UVERworld, Koike teppei, WaT, Ketchup mania, YUI, younha, Inoue Joe, Arashi, GLAY, and A.M.G.(Art more Groovy). I'm starting to listen to other ones. I havent decided if i should continue to listen to them though. I want to start listening to Dir en Grey. People tell me that i should listen to them... Anyone know really good songs by them??
