The gentle cheetahress turned her head to greet her mate, and for a long moment she was alone with him, alone and nothing in the world could change that. it was beautiful, a wonderful thing just for it to be her and her beautiful mate. He always spoke so eloquantly to her and she loved that about him.
"Come, we'll get this back home." She giggles playfully for a moment, feeling giddy to be alone with her Korou. She leaned forwards and nipped at his ear playfully.
"We should go for a walk tonight, under the stars. it's been too logn since we had some time to our selves. The cubs, they seem to flit about on their own. i swear it won't be long before we see grand children." She sighed slightly wistfully. she already had one grand child but the poor cub had never met his father. she was angry with Afiya for not returning home, all she could do was hope he would return one day and see his son.
Shaking her head of dismal thoughts she nuzzled her mates cheek once again and bent to grasp the carcass in her teeth. First she had to feed ehr family, then she could think of play and time with her Korou.
