LoQuinn thought back to regard what he'd done by way of property destruction. He'd taken a chunk out of the street, dug up the alley, ruined the store's escalator, ripped apart several displays... probably had done a bit more with his final attack as well. He wondered how exactly Charles was coming up with his figures but if he wasn't going to catch flak then he certainly wasn't going to question it. It was obvious he'd always be considered more or less the proverbial bull in the china shop, but really what Supers weren't? With the villainous forces of evil forcing them to use their own destructive energies it quite literally turned every battle into a war zone.

"Why you just think of everything don't you," LoQuinn said with a smirk as he took the paper. It was a personnel file for the man he supposed would be his 'trainer'. Though it was obviously missing a lot of specific information it helped to give LoQuinn a good idea of who it was that would be training him. The man was in his forties, had been with the NSA for about ten years. The file photo given was that of a stern Latin man with a muzzle of facial hair that gave him an oddly scientific look. One of the things that stood out to LoQuinn was the fact that not a single name had been attributed to him. Either the NSA wasn't overly fond of sharing their success stories or this man had never produced one of the 'Greats'.

A smile spread thin and wide across his face. He'd found himself the blank slate he'd wanted. Untampered by the greatness of others he would rise by his own power. "He'll do nicely."
