Iyemina smiled, nodding her head in agreement (as usual). She thought the idea would be fun, and hoped maybe that Seidus would not kill anyone along the way. Though, she would not put it past him. Surely he had reasons to kill, though?
Before she knew it, they were outside a restaurant. It appeared very fancy from the outside, and Mina was taken a back a bit. "I did not know this was your style." A smile formed over her face, which still seemed to be staring off into space.
In truth, she had to face the fact that Seidus was never always like this, that he never really could be. She didn't know why, but she could feel it in her heart. Yes, she even believed she had a heart. But she must, if she was living-
-Her mind was wondering.

With her agreement, Seidus didn't take long to pack up and escort her back to the city limits. The whole time there he had to push back the urge to kill the humans. It wasn't that he had to kill it was that he couldn't stop himself. They hurt Ennui, they caused him too much pain, and if it weren't for the humans Seidus would never have come into being. He hated them for it... this wasn't his life, it didn't belong to him and no matter how much he yearned to be his own man. He could never be.
The thoughts were all that kept him going in this life. Red eyes turning this way and that. He steeled himself and continued on, until they stood in front of a well to do restaurant. He chuckled slightly at Iyemina's words, "My dear, I only deal with the finest." He let that statement linger; perhaps she would wonder if he meant her, the type of food he ate or both. "Besides, I get hungry too. Contrary to popular belief I prefer my meat come from something with four legs and hooves if at all possible." He purred watching her in silence for a moment. She seemed a bit out of it which he noted.
"Come. Standing around won't get us served." Taking her hand he led her inside, but not before setting Purgatory at the entrance. "Sorry kitten, no pets allowed." He cackled maniacally at that as he entered eyes turning toward the pair instantly. Red eyes glared back.
"S-sir... ma'am. Seating for two?"
Seidus eyed the hostess, nodding. She bowed and stumbled before gathering menus and escorting them to their seat. Seidus spoke up however, "Do you have a private area?"
"Um... yes sir b-but you'll have to reserve it."
"Then I will reserve it when you take us there." He gave her a glance that didn't leave much room for argument. Though he managed to pull out some cash from his robes. Ennui, if nothing else, knew how to keep some cash on him. "Here. Will this compensate?"
The lady understood the bribe but was stuck between doing her job and taking the bribe. "I really shouldn't."
"No you really should. My patience is running thin..." Needless to say she took the bribe. Never knowing that her job would be rested from her later that night. They were taken to a private area seperate from the regular crowd. It was small but cozy and looked out at the city, being on hill it showed the lights below twinkling like stars. "Is this to your liking?" He questioned his eyes never leaving the menu before him, though it seemed he was looking at her just the same.

The woman of smoke and ash leaned to pet Purgatory before following her "dear" into the restaurant. It was indeed fancy, Iyemina thought, as she tried to press aside the fact that Seidus might consider the food and places finer than herself. Or did he mean her? She shook her head, and followed a waitress and Seidus to a private area.
"Yes, this really splendid! I like being able to see so many places from here." Her eyes went from the lights to those red eyes. "Also, I like that I am getting to have dinner with you. We've never done this before, really. It is quite nice." She seemed to ramble on, as she opened and began reading her menu. There was a lot to choose from, and her eyes spotted steaks almost immediately.
"They sure are taking a while to ask us what we want to drink and such. I wonder what could possibly be keeping that waitress?" Mina had guessed that Sedius had frightened her, but if it was something Iyemina had learned, it was never to step in her dear's way. "I think I may see her coming...?"

Seidus was busy looking at the menu, his ears picking up on Iyemina's excitement. A faint sense of pride washed over him at this but it was barely visible as he growled suddenly at the menu. "What the..." It wasn't that he didn't like the selections, quite the contrary it seemed there were two of which he liked. "Which one?" He questioned no one in particular a rather comical expression on his face.
Looking up suddenly from the fact that they didn't have a waitress Seidus wondered the same. "Hm? Peculiar." Though as soon as a waiter came stumbling from the kitchen area, Seidus was on his feet snagging the poor man by the scruff of his uniform. "Garson..." he called despite dragging the man, tray and all. "We would like to order."
The man stumbled a bit but managed to get on his feet flashing a peturbed glare toward Seidus - who wasn't paying attention. His glare shifted to the woman but melted immediately. Approving eyes roving over the woman before him. "May I take your order?" He questioned Iyemina.
However, Seidus chimed in having not been paying attention. "Yes, I'll have this steak dinners, the baked potato... hmm. Actually I'll have two steak dinners and extra baked potato, no green on that. Some butter and sour cream as well. I'll take the house special on soups and your finest red wine." As he closed his menu and looked up his eyes locked on the scene before him. The man had not heard a word that had been spoken so busy was he oogling HIS woman. Seidus sat back to clear his throat.
That was when the waiter snapped out of it and turned to him. "Y-yes sir. May I take your order?"
"You may but I already ordered so you missed it while oogling MY woman." He said without skipping a beat. "How 'bout I strip her down for you to get a better look?"
The man was white with shock, nervous at being caught and hoping there would be no word of it spoken to management. "S-sir I am terribly sorry. It's just that your lady friend is quite breath taking, I meant no harm ma'am." He turned to Iyemina bowing respectfully in hopes to redeem himself.
Seidus snorted. "The hell she is! She's a goddess compaired to you." Sighing he gave himself a moment to calm down, tonight was going well he wouldn't ruin it with violence. Though he couldn't help retaliating no matter what the situation. He would deal with the man later. "Fine! Whatever just keep your eyes on me least you lose them." Firing off his order once again Seidus grumbled incoherent curses under his breath while he waited for Iyemina to place her order, his eyes trained on the man's reflection in the window. He didn't like it... the man looking at her and the way he was acting because it. He didn't like it at all.

At first, Iyemina could not help but laugh at Seidus. His attitude at the whole situation of not knowing what to choose, and the then waiter being slow just tickled her. She even had to lay her head down so he could not see.
However when the waiter asked what she wanted, Seidus began to speak instead. At first, she thought that he was ordering for her, since she wanted the same thing. Her eyes remained fixed on him, not even noticing that the waiter was oogling her, especially her nicely sized chest.
The next few moments were harsh, though she did not really mind. When the waiter apologized, she simply nodded. Mina knew that Seidus was right, that he shouldn't be eying his woman.
Wait-- what? Did he just compliment her?
She coughed. "I will also have a steak, medium-well done, please. Also a baked potato with sour cream and butter. Might I also get a caesar salad?"
She quickly handed the waiter her menu, eyes fixed on Seidus. It was then she knew he cared, but never could.

Seidus was still content to look out the window his eyes fixed on the man's reflection as he retreated to the kitchen. Almost without knowing it his demeanor had calmed when the man was gone.
Turning to look at Iyemina, he arched a brow. She looked slightly flushed but he couldn't be certain. "You okay?" He asked, no immediate concern in his tone or on his face. More saying so for the fact that he was curious. "He didn't offend you did he?"

"I am fine, thanks for asking." Iyemina's voice was soft, her eyes shifting from Seidus's face to the window. She ruffled her long, dark hair. "He did not offend me, just a bit shocked that someone would act that way towards me, I guess." She paused for a moment, and continued to ramble on.
She caught herself half-way through a sentence when a waiter began eying them closely. "They act like we just came from prison," she remarked, glaring at one of them. "I guess because they are afraid of us, or more so of you." Then she looked down at the floor. "But then, they should be. I wish they'd hurry up. Does it take a year to cook it?"

He nodded glad that the night wasn't completely destroyed. Still this establishment would do well to quicken their preperation time. He sighed for the umpteenth time that night and was just about to jump to his feet when the kitchen door opened and out came not one but two waiters. Now that was service. He grinned sitting back like a king in his castle.
They two men did well to avoid eye contact with Mina this time and he licked his lips to hide his approval. Good so maybe he wouldn't in the night in blood shed... well not much anyway. What was a night without a little blood cap.
As their food was set out before them the waiters stood by bowing respectfully. "Is there anything else sir, ma'am?"
Seidus looked about making sure all that was ordered had been presented. He was satisfied. "That will be all." He waived them off and it seemed they were more than eager to be away. "My dear..." He said pouring a glass of wine for her and then himself. "Hmm.. I'm a bit amiss on what to toast to." He thought a moment a silly grin on his face before an idea came to mind. "Ah.. to the beauty of a goddess and a free meal."
