"Not that I want to grow up too soon." She turned her back on the desert and moved to nuzzle against her mother once more. There'd be more time for planning future travels - for now, she still had a cub's attention span. The big wide world could wait, she was too busy enjoying the here and now to worry about it now.
"Could you help me mama? You could sneak up on them and I could scare them towards you. Like adult-hunting."

The discussion came to a close well as Nasibu's attention strayed, it was a good place to leave it off. The proud mother only smiled when Nasibu said she didn't want to grow up too soon, privately agreeing but knowing better than to take times like now for granted.
"That sounds like a good idea," she agreed, "Which way do you want me to go?"

"You go left and I'll go right and we'll meet in the middle?" It seemed simple enough to plan to Nasibu, though honestly the plan was probably a bit too simple. Still, it'd be fun! And having fun meant a lot to the youngster.
"You want to go after birds or butterflies?" She asked, attention and sights fully away from the desert and waiting for her mother to come with her before she padded back into the green.

"Ok," Janja nodded agreeably, looking off to the left and then around for the potential meeting spot in the middle. There had to be a target or this wouldn't get them anywhere. She followed after Nasibu back into the jungle until she spotted a colorful patch of flowers with a couple butterflies fluttering around it.
"There are some butterflies over there," she pointed out, "How about them?"

"They'll do!" The youngster crowed, before dropped down into a crouch, her hindquarters too high but it wasn't bad. She'd get better at stalking with practise. At least she wasn't just running at them full tilt and crashing through the flowers again.
"Meet you in the middle!" She stopped a moment, looking down at her paws, remembered which was left, grinned at her mother sheepishly and started to circle 'round. Hunting with Janja...maybe she'd pick up a few tips!

"A little lower," she advised in a low voice before dropping to the ground herself to stalk off in the opposite direction to circle around. Janja was a practiced hunter, especially where she hadn't had her parents to rely upon for a while and had her own babies relying on her. She stayed low and quiet, and when she was in position she watched patiently for a sign from Nasibu that she was set.
