Seamus jumped, landing on Mitsuki's shoulders. He turned on a gravity modifier, so that he didn't squash her. He squeeled out in a faked kids voice "shoulder rides! YEY!" as he landed, feather soft on her shoulders and sat. Much of the crowd broke out in laughter and cheers at this display, one of the few things Seamus liked more than fighting.

Mitsuki growled, and bared her fangs at the crowd. "Get off!" She shoved him off her shoulders, hoping he broke something. She glared at the crowed, who seemed unsure now. "Your insolence will not be tolerated anymore, you are not a child, high time you act like it!" She was getting close to causing a bloody massacre, and she would not feel guilty one bit if an innocent got caught up in it. She tried to calm down, rubbing her temples and taking deep breaths. She was on edge for some reason, and she did not like it one bit. 'What can the emperor be up to' She thought.

Seamus floated towards the ceiling slowly. He called to the crowd "Don't mind the sourpuss. She's just grumpy when she gets cold at night. I think she needs something to warm her up when she's asleep." He squeeked, disengaging the anti-grav and dropping agilly to all fours as he hit the ground. "I'm only 15. Geez. Lighten up, and chill out." He triggered a holographic projection of snow falling around her as he said chill out, most of the snow acting reallisticaly.

Mitsuki snorted. "You forget, I live for the cold, its heat that makes me cranky." She frowned at the holograph, getting far off look in her eyes, before shaking her head and turning the other way. "Turn that thing off, its making me tired" She yawned, deciding that after this was over, she was going to sleep for the next two weeks. It wasn't that she really needed all the much..she just liked sleeping. She was about to kick the door, when she figured it wouldn't be a good idea...with no shoes on. "The shoes...why do I always forget the shoes!" She groaned. "My feet will kill me by the number of times their gonna be stepped on."

Seamus grabbed a pair of regular white shoes out of a little hatch. "I figured you would. You and your habbit of running around barefoot. Forgot to make you some socks though."

Mitsuki stuck her tongue out at him. "You just say that because you don't have the guts to do it" She took the shoes from him and placed them on her feet. "If I get blisters, oh well, I hate socks anyway" She wiggled her toes around in the shoes, wincing as her toe nails scraped the edges. "I need to cut my toe nails"

The doors creaked open slowly, allowing the croud into the Great Hall, which was set up by the 5 great houses with the lesser houses each having a table below the long tables of the High Lords and their immediate households. Seamus did back handsprings into one of the still open High lord spots, the table around it and below it taking on his colors as he sat down.

Mitsuki walked into the room gracefully and took her place near Seamus. She looked around the room, a set frown on her face. "I hate large gatherings" She said at last. "So many people, all watching you, its unnerving" She then lightly slammed her fist on the table. "And it doesn't bloody well help me calm down when I don't know why were here!" She crossed her arms and huffed.

"The emperor wills it, and it sounded like he was bloody angry about something." Seamus said, replaying the tone of the message in his head again. He was only this acrobatic and childish when he was nervous, though he didn't know why he was.

"Then why did he not destroy the reason or person and be done with it!" She grumbled. "Lest it be not to call us all here for something that may not be important!" She glared at some people who had taken interest in what she say saying. "On with you." The scurried away. "Oh, sometimes I miss being a street girl, least then I wasn't noticed till I got caught.

"but its so much fun to...." Seamus cut off, getting a message from the emporer himself to signal the robotic troops on duty and summon those human troops who were merely freeholders to arm and gather in the side halls, equiped to deal with internal threats. He did so quickly, but dropped the thread of the converation.

The emporer came down, the throne descending from the cieling. He sat ram rod straight and in full armor. "I have called you all here to witness my displeasure and to remind you why I am called the Emporer of this place. It has come to my attention that High Lord Antares has been plotting against me with several members of his house, and a few members of others." With these words ringing, he stood and blasted the traitorous high lord, as easily as most high lords could blast a regular human. At this signal, the freeholders of the imperial guard rushed in from the suddenly opened side halls and yanked several lords from their seats, cuffing them and covering them with heavy weapons.

"Alright, now this is what I call a party" Mitsuki commented on, looking to where Antares had once sat. She grinned. Bloodshed had always been one of her favorite things to watch. She watched the other lords being taken by the guards. A plot against the Emperor? Now when this this come about? And why! She mused to herself. She was slightly afraid as well, if James could do that to a high lord...she shuddered. "Remind me never to join any plots."

"I will. Unless I'm trying to get you to help me plot a surprise party!" Seamus said, trying to make a joke. The bolt had gone inches over his head to get Antares. He was watching the other lords being dragged off, glad that not one from his house was accused.
