Suichi opened the scroll and read the next technique in his mind.
"Tornado of Water" Suichi thought to himself reading the technique's instructions.
Suichi then re-ravelled the scroll, and tossed it on the ground aside him. suichi then walked over to the docks and firmly planted his feet on the wooden planks underhim. Suichi then closed his eyes and began to let his chakra circulate around him, Suichi then felt his tenketsu open as he released a steady flow of chakra into the air. Suichi then opened his eyes and focussed all attention on the water, watching it's eb and flow, enjoying it's peaceful ripples as the slowly rock back and forth on the surface of the water. Suichi then hled out both hands infron tof him and began focussing his chakra into the water giving it a blueish glow, Suichi then slowly brought his hands together, then snapped them together forming the first handseal. Suichi then slid his down and formed the boar, then up and formed the serpent, then he seperated them and brought them back to gether forming the hair, Suichi then jirated his hands a few more times before he finally finished as he began focussing on the water again watching as it began to grow choppy, as the riples began to form into waves splashing up on the dock, Slowly a column of water rose into the air, and began to spin creating a strange vortex that rose as high as Suichi was before falling back into the water. Suichi then shook his hands off and started again...Suichi then closed his eyes and began to let his chakra circulate around him, Suichi then felt his tenketsu open as he released a steady flow of chakra into the air. Suichi then shot open his eyes focussing them on the water infront of him as he felt the chakra pulse from his body into the water, watching as it again grew choppy, then the ripples forming into raging waves that broke the surface of the water. Suichi then formed several handseals, saying them aloud as he did them, Boar, ox, hare, horse, bird, hare, bird moneky rat ram, serpent, bird, serpent. He said as he Threw his hands out infront of him using them as a conducter for the movement of the chakra infused water. Suichi then closed his eyes and began feeling the water rise into the air in a spinning vortex, slowly rocking back and forth trying to maintain it's form was taking a serious toll on Suichi's chakra, as he had to use a flow of constant chakra to continually build it into the air, Suichi then whipped his hands up into the air above his head and watched as the water roared out of the water into the air, he felt the caress of the cascading drops of water on his face as he turned and whipped his hand forward, palms out. Suichi then watched as they water vortex shot up from behind him roaring over his head as it travelled straight ahead into a tree, conatnatly pounding it with amazing speed, watching as the bark was torn off nefore the vortex ripped the tree into two, the top half fallingover in a loud thump as the vortex dispersed sending a wave of water in all directions drenching Suichi as he stood there with his arms acrossed his face shielding his eyes from the water.

Noir returns to her home after a long day at the acadamy. She spots from a distance one of the Sigure, a Jounin, from her village. He aproaches up to her with a calm smile, "I see you have passed, congratulation. I wish your father would have seen you."
He rubs her gently on the head. Noir brushes her hair to the side, "thankyou Sensei, I am happy too." He looks at both umbrellas on Noir's back, "I think your ready to learn a new technique from our clan." He turns around and walks forward. He pauses for a moment and motions Noir to follow. Noir nods and follows him to an open area.

Once both has reached their destination, Noir sets down her belongings. Sigure looks at Noir again and points to a tree, "Noir, show me your sprinkling needles technique to that tree over there." She nods, "aye." Noir pulls both umbrellas from her back and throws them up in the air. Her umbrellas spin in the air like a windmill spins. She consentrates her chakra as she releases the needles from her umbrella to the direction where the tree stands. Both umbrellas drops gently down to Noir's hands.
Sigure nods, "hm, okay for a beginner. Let me show you something." Sigure releases six umbrellas to the air. Same as Noir all of them spins and releases the needles. Though the needles he releases are not the same as Noir's. The needles ignites into flame needles. Sigure moves these fire needles and directs them to every single needle that Noir released to the tree.
After the demonstration was done, his umbrellas return to his back, "that is the flat burning needles." He sighs, "now you try. Consentrate your chakra to your needles to make them all ignite." Noir nods and releases her umbrellas to the air again.

Noir consentrates her chakra to her needles to ignite into flames. As her needles continue to fall to the tree, only her chakra surrounds her needles. Sigure sighs. As the result, she only did a simple sprinkling needles.
Sigure looks at the tree, "don't make it glow, flame them with your chakra. Try it again."

Noir nods to Sigure and throws her two umbrellas to the air again. She again consentrates her chakra to her needles as they release from her umbrellas. She consentrates her chakra to make her needles hot. She guides these hot needles to the same tree again. The not needles gives out some smoke after impact. Sigure nods, "again." He had to train with Karisami to learn the water whip attack. He sighed as he looked and they had genins to try and stop him from entering the town. He took out five Ice Seals and threw them to make them move out his way. He walked towards the town and he sighed and he didn't even get in a fighting stance he just simply sighed softly.
"All I want to now is where Master Karisami is at...And I won't hurt another one of these damned Genins!"
An old man pointed to where Karisami was training at. He looked.He looked slowly and dug in his ear.
"Vistor's Pass...."
Drago threw him his pass and sighed softly.
"There."
"You are banned for disturbing the peace..."
"Look they attack me first it is not my fault that they didn't know what they where getting into...Just teach me the Water Whip...I am a quick learner..."

Karisami laughed slightly as he did a handseal and his hand turned into a whip of water and slapped the crap out of Drago. He looked and he didin't even see the attack coming. Drago prepared again. he got hit again this time across the chest. Drago jumped back looked closely as he saw the water extend and hit him in the forhead. knocking his forhead protecter off. Drago looked down and picked it up and reached for his headband but it was knocked away by the whip.
"I tell you what...You learn this atttack you can have this headband back. You don't its mine..."
Karisami looked and he held it one hand as he showed Drago the handseal once agian. Drago sighed as he tried to do the handseals but he messed up. Everytime he would mess up Karisami would put a bucket of water on his head. Drago looked up and he had one ful bucket of water on his head. The object was to do handseal and not make the bucket fall. Drago did a handseal and he wobbled and the bucket fell to the ground. Karasami sighed and cracked him with the whip telling him do it again. Drago put water back in the bucket. and once again began practing the handseals he almost had it but he was hit in the face by Shibuki

"You took to long try again..."
Drago was growing frustrated with all this smacking and cracking. He began to do the handseals again. HE looked and he almost had it down pact when the water fell off his head. Drago got in a crane style and kicked soflty with his toe up making the bucket fall on his foot. he continued to do the handseals as he saw the water whip come his way. He held his arm out letting the whip hit his arm as he finished the last seal and he had the water whip on his hands. Karisami laughed at him.
"Now can you correctly use the whip.."
Drago looked and he swung it but it wasn't flowing like Karisami. Master Karasami looked at Drago and sighed.

"Boy do you have any wieghts on? If you do take them off your arms or you won't be able to swing the whip correctly..."
Drago nodded as he did what he was told and his arms felt alot faster. He did handseals again and he twirled the wip around after watching Master Karisami like fifty times. Master Karisami threw the headband in the air as Drago cracked the whip and hit the headband down into the palm of his hand. He tied back on his head and sighed. Drago looked and he smirked. As he had mastered the techinque.
"Still need to practice for I will kill the man that killed me..."
Drago said as he slwoly started to make the water whip again and twirl it around his body slowly.

Drago looked and he had a genin threw plates towards him. DRago quickly used the whip and he smacked down each plate as if they were flies. His rage had not been subtled yet. He needed to destroy more of something before he could simply walk away fromt his training. He looked and had the genin threw the plates even faster towards him. Drago looked and he quickly turned each time smacking the plates making each ne of them shatter into tiny fragments. Drago sighed slwoly as he closed his eyes and stopped the handseals.
"That was no fun at all...Now fora New challenge..."

Drago looked and he shook a tree as hard as he could. slowly leaves started to fall from the tree. Drago put his headband down over his eyes so that he couldn't anything. He listened to the sound of the falling leaves. He could hear as the wind blew them. He quickly moved liek the wind and slashed one leaf with his water whip. He then turned quickly and smacked the other leaf. He looked and jumped off a tree and flipped and hit a leaf. Drago landed on the ground and scratched his head as he didn't hear anymore leaves falling. Drago then turned as he heard one fall and extened his whip straight threw it.
"Got ya...."
Drago said as he pulled up his headband from over his eyes. He smirked but his self training was still not done yet. He could still learn much more if he tried.

Drago looked andhe summoned tons of bugs to come out. He made one specific bug and he watched carefully. The bugs would all fly at the same time. He would only hi the smallest bug that were all flying fast around the small bug. Drago watched carefull as he clicked his teeth. The bugs were flying quickly so that even their wings wern't even visible to the naked eye. Drago kept watching wating for his perfect moment to crack the whip. He kept thinking back and foward to himself.
Not Now...Not now...Not Now....
Drago waited as his hand sweated with anticipation. He scratched his head and waited as the sweat drops slowly rolled down his forhead. He then saw it. The gap the perfect opening. He swung his whip quickly and cracked the little bug. The rest of the bugs disbanned and Drago sat there cheering.

Drago sighed as he walked back he had the water whip mastered but that was only a whip he needed something more manly a blade. HE was about to leave the village when somebody grab him by he throat and dragged him off. Drago threw himoff and looked the guy was still standing. Drago got into a fighting stance. HE looked at him strongly.
"Who are you?"
Drago looked and he said as he got ready to use his handseals again. The man looked and asked back.
"It's not who I am but what do you want!"
Drago Looked and before he even blinked a blade was swung at him. He quickly rolled under it and stood back up. Drago had sweat rolling down his for head as the blade barly missed and cut some of his long red hair. Drago sweated and he sighed as he realised this for real. Drago did a handseal quickly creating his water whip.
