Azure was getting ready to turn around and leave, but was surprised to hear that Raken had said yes. Azure looked at Raken curiously and then quickly ran off towards the cave, deciding it was best to get out of the Adult's sight before Raken changed his mind. Azure took a few deep breaths, he could feel his heart pounding against his chest. He did his best to stand up straight and tall and then walked forward, he walked for awhile until he saw Dyas laying on the couch. Azure's eyes softened as he gazed at Dyas lovingly, longingly. He had missed her so much... "Dyas..." Azure's whisper broke the silence of the cave.

He followed after Azure, but a lot slower. He'd wait at the cave mouth. It wouldn't be long, until the angelic came out, defeated and broken. He almost felt bad for the male. Almost. Nearly. Until he remembered how Dyas looked when the very first tear slipped down her cheek.
then again...those with skitzophrania were doomed never to lead a normal life. She gently traced the golden words of the title on her book, dozing, daydreaming, wanting to fall asleep. Of course, her brain was far too active from the topic she was reading to get any sort of rest. Perhaps she should just go and make a snack before resuming the book... 'Dyas...' Her eyes slipped open, quickly adjusting to the light of the vanilla candle she had lit earlier. Nevermind. She already was hearing voices. How in the world was she going to hide this from her father? The female softly sighed and sat up, a hand shifting through her hair. Those dual colored eyes settled on Azure, and she froze. Lips slightly parted, her hand stopped right on the back of her head. Azure. It was...Azure.

Azure didn't move any closer in case Raken had been right about Dyas not wanting to see him. He sincerely hoped that Raken was wrong, but he wanted to give Dyas the space to push him away if she wanted to. He felt bad for Dyas, she couldn't yell at him for leaving her. She couldn't curse at him, or tell him how stupid he was, or tell him how much he had hurt her. No, Azure just watched her with a gentle gaze waiting for her to do something other then stare at him as if he were a ghost. "I'm so sorry Dyas..."

She stared at him. Just...stared...torn and confused. Azure? What was he...how did he...Even if she had the voice, she lacked the words to say anything. Azure. Slowly the female stood, looking away to hide behind a curtain of purple hair. So sorry...thats all she got...so sorry. Dyas turned and walked deeper into the cave, leaving her book behind.

"Dyas, wait!" Azure exclaimed as he stretched out a hand towards her, reaching out for her. "There is no excuse for what I did, for how much I hurt you... but you're the reason I came back..." Raken was right, Dyas didn't want to see him... he had screwed up and there was no turning back now. His heart hurt like he never imagined it could... this is how he had hurt Adora and then how he hurt Dyas... and now how he had hurt himself.

Wait? A hand reached across her midrift to clasp the opposite arm, her head turning slightly to have her silver eye look at him right before she walked out of the candles puddle of light. He had hurt her...more then she had ever imagined she could be hurt. Why was this happening to her? What had she done? She wanted...she just wanted...Gaurdians, she didn't know what she wanted anymore.

Azure clenched his teeth tightly together, so much that his jaw hurt. His fists closed into tight little balls and trembled at his sides before his knees collapsed beneath him and he was left kneeling on the cave floor. Azure deserved this, this was his punishment and he couldn't handle it. She didn't want him anymore. He had hurt Adora just that he could hold onto Dyas and then he let go of her and just expected that he could waltz back into Dyas' life and hold onto her again. "I'm so sorry..." was all he could manage to mutter.

Well, that seemed like enough time for his daughter to reject him! In truth, it seemed a little...long. The prospect of Dyas actually forgiving the male...sent the silverhaired demonic back into the cave, walking all the way down to where he had left his daughter. Thankfully, all that was left, was the bleeding angel. "I tried to tell you." He stopped right behind azure, shaking his head. "I did tell you. I don't understand the pae of this generation...you finally get something truly special...and then you toss it away like nothing. A shame, since you only realize it when you do toss it. And then...its too late." He gently rested a hand on the males shoulder. "Go home Azure. Nothings left for you here."

Azure jerked his shoulder away from underneath Raken's hand. This pae was only too happy that things had finished between him and Dyas. Were they really finished...? "I didn't toss Dyas away. I would never hurt her like that. If you hadn't forced me to go out with Adora none of them would have been hurt." Azure snarled at the adult as he stood up. There was nothing Raken could do to Azure now so he wasn't afraid of the older male.

His eyebrows rose as the male jerked away, taking a small step back incase the other got violent. Oh, he could do violent. Just would kill whatever was left inside his daughter. "Before you pin the blame on me, look at yourself. All I had done was bring your insecurities and flaws to light. Things that would have distroyed you two later as a couple. I never made you run away. I never made it so you couldn't set the lines of yours and Adora's relationship so she wouldn't take it so far. I didn't force you to confess to Dyas before you even handled things with your girlfriend." If Azure was going to be cold, he could have a chill worse then winters heart. "These were tests Azure. Tests. Obstacles I specificly put out for you to see if you truly was what was right for my daughter if I really had no say in the matter. Would you do anything to be with her, were you smart enough to delicately handle each situation...You failed Azure. You hurt the one pae all this was for. Its high time you realized the consequences of your actions."

"You told me if I didn't get with Adora I'd have to leave Dyas..."Azure said doing his best to defend himself. "I didn't say running away was the right thing to do. I know it was wrong. I know I screwed up. I know what the consequences are. You don't think I'm facing them? Dyas doesn't want anything to do with me!" Azure could hear his heart pounding inside the walls of his head and it made him feel sick.

"Yes, but you have been doing a lot of things behind my back. What stopped you for straight forwardly telling Adora on your first date, that you weren't interested in her in that way? And no, no you aren't. You're STILL running away from your problems. A bit of advice for you. Letting the girl you love just walk away from you is the worst mistake you are ever going to make in your entire life! When a woman ignores you, she wants your full attention. When she pulls away, you grab her by the waist and tell her you wont let go. When she's upset, you kiss her lips and say everythings going to be okay. And when she yells at you, you tell her how much you love her!" He immediatly fell quiet, his heart racing, eyes shocked. Fre...gaurdians...why hadn't he tried harder...Why did he let her go...

"You can't hold onto anything that wants to go..." Azure finished as he turned silent and stared at the ground. He wanted to go, he wanted to run away again, he wanted to pull away. All he wanted was Dyas, nothing else, and he had ruined everything. "You just got to love it while you got it, and I failed..."

"You obviously don't understand females too much." He shook his head and reached out again, this time roughly taking his shoulder and yanking him towards the exit. "But wallow in your self pity elsewhere. I have to go attempt to clean up the mess you've made of her emotional state. You are not welcome here anymore."

Once again Azure jerked his shoulder away from Raken, he didn't want to be touched by anyone right now. With the exception of Dyas. Azure dropped his blank-looking face, feeling like everything had stopped working inside. "Bye Dyas... I still love you..." Azure whispered as he began to walk away from the cave he didn't belong in.
