Clan Name: Ryuu

Bloodline Limit / Kekkei Genkai:
-Dragon Eye: Allows the user to see time in a slowed pace for a short period of time; the longest amount of time being up to 30 minutes and no more than that. It also enhances the users senses and temperarily taps in to the chakra reservers to allow for maximum efficiency in battle. The down fall to this kekkei genkai is that if over used, the user's senses slowly begin to fade and deminish as chakra control begins to lessen over time. If drastically over used, it can result in a comatic state or, at its worst, death. The blood limit usually is inaccessable unless the clan member is highly trained. Usually accuiared in the Chuunin levels of the clan, and that is only with proper training to use the limit.

Clan Description: One of the handful of clans that aided in the foundation of the Hidden Moon Village. They are not one of the largerest clan's in the village, but they are well known. Seeing as they are fewer in number than the other clans, they are not ranked as one of the greats. Seeing as they do not enjoy the thirst for battle as much as their comrads do, they are better innept for spy work, but do know how to deal damaging blows when forced to. Rarely trained in taijutsu of any sort, the clan mainly deals with Genjutsu and Ninjutsu; only having one clan taijutsu that can be used for escape from danger.

~Gennin~
-Shadow Walking: (Ninjutsu)Temperarilly allows the user to become one with the shadows around them and move swiftly through the area that is needed. It only lasts for a short burst and must be used wisely as a retreat method only. The user is weakened for a few hours as it takes training to master the art.
-Bodily Suffication: (Genjutsu) Allows the user to make the victim believe they are in an out of body experience. Lasts only a short period of time. The effects of the genjutsu are as such: The victim sees themselves being harmed in any way the user sees fit and if used properly can enable the victim powerless in a fight as the effects of the genjutsu hold on for a few minutes after released.
-Internal Devestation: (Taijutsu) The user is able to insert their chakra near a major point on the victims body and render that area useless for up to 10 minutes. Usually used to stop blood flow to a certain area and cause emense pain to the victim.

-Mental Detereration: (Genjutsu) The user forces the victims mind in to a state of shock. The genjutsu then properly takes effect as it forces the victim to relive their entire life. The worse the moments in the victims life, the slower it passes through their mind as if to be stretched for years. The down fall, however, is if it is conducted improperly and the victim breaks free, the genjutsu's effects instantly transfer unto the user.
-Burning Fears: (Genjutsu) This genjutsu brings the victims worst and darkest fears to life. The sense of smell, touch, and sight are mainly touched as the victims believes they can feel, smeel, and see the fear as if it were real. The effects can be tramatizing to the victim and usually leaves him/her in a state of utter terror and suspended recreation of the fears; usually resulting in a comatic state lasting at the most 1 month.

-Dragon Eye (Is able to teach a chunin how to use and control the dragon eye)
-Shadow Prowling: (Ninjutsu) Allows the user to manipulte the shadows around them;expanding or deminishing their new found enviroment as they see fit. The largest range is up to an 8 ft radius from the center point and a minimum of a 2 ft radius. Because the user is conducted as the center point of the ninjutsu, the shadow morphs and shifts as the user moves along in his/her boundries. The ninjutsu can last up to 3 hrs and is better addapted for gathering information as well as relaying information seeing as the user becomes one with the shadow for the short period of time they are granted and can move with hightened speed with in the three hours given to them. Recovery takes up to 12 hours due to the bodily strain. If over used, it can lead to internal brusing and relapses of a temperary sleep-like state that usually lasts for up to 9 weeks.
-Time alteration: (Ninjutsu) An effect of the dragon eye, trigger by the hand signs: Horse, rat, tiger. This allows the user to temperarily slow down time with in their own mind and properly assess the battle or confrontation that lay at hand. Is only used in dyer circumstances that call for it; mainly to end a fight quickly or make a hasty escape due to inability to continue or maintain holding in a battle.
-Dragon Nightmare: (Genjutsu) Kekkei Genkai effect that places the victim in a warped alternate reality of the users choosing; from a dank, unfeeling setting to a twisted reality that encripts the victim's fears and worst insights upon the world itself. Usually used to kill the victim in a slow and painful way. Any damage sustained with in the nightmarish realm is felt by the victim's body. Once released from the genjutsu (either by death or the user's own free will), the wounds sustained to the body immediately show. It often has a result of also tramatizing the victim and can take anywhere from 3 months to 1 year 6 months to wear off. ((The drawback, however, to this ninjutsu is that damage will be delt upon the user as well. Seeing as time is 5 times faster in the genjutsu world than standard time, it can put much strain on the users body. After 12.5 hours with in the genjutsu [2.5 hrs standard], minor flesh wounds along with some internal bruising become present on the user. After 30 hours [6 hrs standard], any injury delt upon the enemy will be inflicted upon the user. Once with genjutsu is released after the 2.5 hours or 6 hours that the genjutsu is in released, any and all injuries become present upon the victim as well as the user.))

Clan Name: Hishari

Bloodline Limit: Kane Soujuu: Allows the user to directly manipulate metal. As the clan member becomes more adept at using this bloodline, their skill is obviously increased. This bloodline has one major drawback: If overused, the clan member slowly turns into solid metal.

Clan Description: This is a clan that only has a few members left. The most famous is the Takikage of the hidden waterfall village. The Hishari clan has given up all hopes of revival, because the bloodline is passed through the female line (meaning it's passed from mother to child, not father to child) and all the females from this clan have died.

Clan jutsu:

Chunnin
Weapon Manipulation - this allows the user to control the path of the weapons they throw. they can also control the path of weapons thrown at them, but this is a much harder skill to learn

Jounin
Giant Weapons - this allows the user to gather all the metal in a small area and shape it into a giant weapon, usually a kunai or a shuriken. As the chunin develops this jutsu, he can switch between weapons faster.

Partial Body Armor - This allows the user to coat parts of themselves with metal for attack or defense purposes.

Sannie
Full Metal Manipulation - This allows the user to completely manipulate metal in whatever way they wish. This includes turning the metal into a liquid, which is much more flexible. (duh)
