"Me being right is like a gift." he then said, with a bold expression. "Everything good flows my way, so why would I change myself? Maybe you have no luck in your life, so you are unable to just experience things like I can." The stallion then grinned, knowing very well that he was well.. amazing! "Consequences make life funny, why should I fear them? They have never stopped me in the past, and will they stop me now? I think not! Consequences help me meet more consequences!" Which... always made his life crazy! "Do you fear consequence that might?" he then asked, with a light frown.

"Consequences are meant to chastise us for stepping in the wrong direction, not to reward us with entertainment."

"Oh please, now you are trying to pull the race card to prove your point? That makes you just as terrible, and quite ignorant if I might say so myself." With a shrug, Ariston felt that the mare was acting highly distasteful for such a 'pure' being. Maybe her purity had gotten to her head? That would have probably happened to him if he was stuck in such a lifestyle. "Do you do anything fun?" he then asked, rather blatantly, "Since I am very interested to see what it is you actually do." Maybe she just moped around all day? What else could be possible? "Heh, that is, if you do DO anything."

"I... My apologies..." She murmured softly, taking another step away from him. Never having met a kalona before it was rather horrible of her to assume that this stallion was just like any others, Sin or not. It wasn't his fault that he had been born that way, after all...
"Fun? I... Take long walks through the forest, sometimes in the company of others. One can spend time in the company of a friend without... Well, you know..." Her nose wrinkled slightly at the thought.

"Its like you go out of your way to avoid something so natural. Why are you denying yourself something nature has granted you anyways? What does that make you then? Do you even know the answer to that?" It was as if she was ignoring a remarkable ability, which could potentially lead to some wonderful life. "Well whatever, you have made it very clear what you standpoint is, and I understand that at this point. But I will continue to be confused with the why. No sinful spirit could possess me to do something that I didn't agree with. So, are you saying you agree with all of this?" Or, was she just happily obeying some stupid order?

"It is a path that I follow of my own will, not simply because I was asked to. It is not for all, I admit, but... It is for me. I would not change who I am no more than you would wish to change who you are."

"Hmm.." With a quiet thought, Ariston strode back and forth for a moment, before finally nodding in complete contentment. He realized something, and was glad he did. "I guess I wouldn't want to be scolded on my own beliefs either, so as long as it is something you are not forced to do, then I suppose I can accept your strange way of life." Eh, its not that he really HAD to accept it, but he could at least pretend for the politeness of the conversation. "But don't come running to me when you realize that you really messed your life up!" He chuckled at her playfully before stopping himself in front of her again.

Ariston's Sinhood wasn't just fun and games for him, his pact meant everything to him. Did this mare even care about hers? Its like everything she said two seconds ago was false.. "I can't believe you would even talk of forsaking your vows.. I don't think I have heard of Virtues even doing that! So what does that make you?" Ah well, maybe she was trying to look impressive or something, but Ariston was somehow offended by her actions. Or maybe she was just crazy, since her Virtue totally sucked? Ariston couldn't even tell at this point, so he just assumed the worst and remained angry at her.

"I said should, not when." Her nose wrinkled, scowl darkening the soft beauty of her face for a moment before fading as if it had never been there. "I would never do such a thing." She wouldn't even contemplate what might happen if she did... She had simply stated something that she knew to be true; there were those who were waiting for her to slip and she wouldn't. She would uphold her nature and her duty to it.

"I don't know what you are, and that's ok." he then admitted, while brushing his hair out of his eyes. "You are a confusing mare, but then again, all mares are cursed with that fate." Why should he expect anything different? Ariston didn't trust mares for that reason, they were completely unpredictable. "But anyways, I am not sure how else to entertain you, since our personalities clash completely." And it wasn't in a fun way, was it? The male was sort of hoping to have some kind of enjoyment out of the mare's values, but it was uneventful and disappointing.

Ariston smirked lightly, before backing his step slightly. "So, since I cannot make sense of you, do you suppose that I should stick around?" His question was valid, and his expression was carrying its usual cockiness. "I really don't know what I should do at this point, I don't see our relationship strengthening." If anything, it would probably get worse..

"Some relationships are capable of strengthening through conversation... Not all require some sort... Sexual stimulation... But I suppose you are right.
