That may be too, Laiyoon offered with a nod as she removed her hand from the cool water, shaking off the droplets that clung to her skin before moving closer to Jordyn. What else have you found down here? she asked with a bright smile, the question playfully poking fun at his obvious curiosity. Her rose orbs soaked in the image of the younger male before her a moment before deep blush flushed her features and she averted her gaze a moment, though her smile stayed in place.

Jordyn noticed the flush and in a flurry his head started moving at a pace of a hundred miles per second and he couldn't make it stop. Over-analyzing everything was a particular problem of his and it usually took a much larger distraction to stop it.
So he kissed her. Square on the lips, he kissed her with as much courage as he could muster. Surprisingly, that was more than he had expected. Wrapping arms about her waist, he deepened the kiss enough to strengthen his conviction that he had done the right thing then pulled away.
That's when the brashness of what he'd done sunk in. "Oh."
She's never going to speak to me again... And with that his shoulders slunk forward.

As Jordyn pulled her in for the surprise deep kiss, Laiyoon's eyes widened, and her body tensed. His kiss was different, more meaningfull than the kisses she had experienced before - It sparked something in her heart, something that made her gasp.
When the male pulled away, the female was left in a daze, unable to move really as she watched Jordyn, her heart racing as her mind swirled with questions.
Rather than question him, however, Laiyoon shifted forward and cupped Jordyn's cheeks in her soft hands, and let her eyes fall closed as she kissed him again, the touch shy and soft.

Just as surprised as Laiyoon was with the initial kiss, Jordyn's green orbs blinked open and close several times as his brain registered how the female had replied. His fear answered, he hoped, the boy returned the gentle kiss in a like manner and by relaxing against her touch.
He'd never been kissed before but he imagined that this was 'the kiss' that his sister was always writing and prattling on about. It felt as though the very organ beating blood into his brain had in-fact melted and left the whole of his soul in a puddle by her tail.

As Jordyn returned the gentle kiss, Laiyoon sighed in relief and slipped a thin arm over the younger Serpenti's shoulder to pull their bodies closer together, her other hand still gently cupped to his soft cheek as she continued the soft touches against his lips.
Laiyoon wasn't sure how long she'd stood pressed against Jordyn, caught in the kiss, but she gently pulled away from him to peer to him, her rose eyes bright with a new sort of emotion, one that was reflected equally in her smile, which grew as she exhaled a soft 'Wow', which seemed to be all she was left capable of.

Jordyn wanted to fall. He wanted to collapse into Laiyoon's arms and never have to move again. His continuation of pressing his lips to hers did all they could to help portray that.
As she pulled away, the younger serpent took a hold of her hand and exhaled with her. Smiling in a way he'd never be able to find words for, he nodded in agreement. "... You took the word right out of my mouth." He whispered softly.

Laiyoon let out a soft, shy little laugh as she shifted to wrap her slender arms tight around Jordyn a moment, her cheeks so pinkened her skin reflected the warmth against the male's skin.
Gently, she shifted away from him enough to look to him, her eyes still reflecting the bright feelings sharing the kiss(es) with him brought on.
I'm...really glad to have decided to head home, but got distracted with the little bugs. She wasn't sure quite how Jordyn would accept her attempt to convey her growing feelings towards him, but it was all she could think to say yet.

Jordyn hoped against all hope that he was reading Laiyoon correctly and grinned when she confirmed it with words. Taking her hand delicately he made his way to a darker and more secluded spot under the bridge where they couldn't just be happened upon. Coiling himself down to the ground he looked up at her, pulling on her hand to bring the blushing female down with him. Wrapping the end of his tail around hers, he smiled and watched her eyes intensely. "Just tell me if I'm being too forward," he whispered.
And with that he entwined himself around her completely, finishing the move with a kiss.
