he was so damn funny i think hes not in new episode because there hasnt been any trials with the simpson

And Phil Hartman (who did his voice) was murdered, which is really sad. gonk

Phil Hartman was meant to do the voice of Zapp Brannigan in Futurama. They also named Phillip in futurama after his first name. I'll miss that dude. Lionel Hutz the character is still alive but it's been years since we last heard anything from him so I don't think they're going to employ a soundalike.
