This really has nothing to do with what you are talking about, but I want to share it.
I read this story once:
An old man came to a village, and used alchemy to turn gold into stone. The village people are very impress with it, and ask him to teach everyone, but he said no. The people begged for so long so he finally give in. He told the people how to turn rocks into gold, and after, he told them no matter what they do, NEVER NEVER think about the monkey on the mountain near by, then he left. People in the village try so hard, but everytime they try to turn rocks into gold, they can't help it but think of the monkey, so the people in the village can never turn rocks into gold.
