Raddishh Mini Quest!
While you were out for a stroll this morning, you happened across an injured oni pup. It seems he has a broken leg. Though he is injured, he still seems especially ferocious and may be powerful. How do you respond? Do you help him or leave him? Does he fight back? Do you feel guilty for helping the enemy? Keep in mind your character and how you feel about the oni.
(I want to see unique solutions, so surprise me!)
Post which kuniku you claim it for! (not open to oni) Send me or CDC the link to your completed journal entry when you've finished. They should be somewhere in your journal in the guild, and there is a 500 word minimum.
It is worth one token.
A small hum comes from Tenka's mouth as she looks down and decides to walk for the time being. Having a perfect landing on the ground. She yawns a bit and starts her little funny, yet cute, walk. "The day.. Is so beautiful when nobody is out.. No one is trying to fight.. Just peace.. and love.. and.." She paused and yawned again. Taking a stretch while she was at it and continued to walk in the small path leading to her wherever she is suppose to go this early.
As she continued her venture down to a peaceful waterfall, she heard a strange cry. For some reason, she never heard it before and walked into some bushes that was next to her. As she poked her head in, she tilted her head and frowned. It was an Oni pup. She hasn't seen an Oni pup, only adult Oni.. She really didn't know what to do, but noticed that one of his legs was broken. But this.. this was her enemy. She could not help it... But with her kind heart, she couldn't say no and took off on of her Legwarmers to keep the leg together.
The Oni pup on the other hand, didn't like the fact that Tenka was trying to help out. When she was done putting it on him, he quickly got up and growled at her. No thank you or anything. But she can kill this puppy if she tries to attack it, then again. This pup could have the same strength just like her. She reached out to the pup but all it did was snapped back at her, which made her quite said. "Please.. I'm only here to help.. Nothing more.." She whispered to the pup.
He shook his head and kept growling. "You are the enemy.." It said in a cold voice, Tenka never knew the Oni pups was like this. She couldn't just walk away, it still needed something.. So she dug in her sidebag to see if she had anything and gave him a fish, still having some left. She slowly walked away from the pup, hoping that it could find its way home.
The pup tilted his head down at the fish and nibbled on it happily. And noticed he still had her legwarmer, wrapped around his injured leg. "Wait.." He sighed and got up slowly. It was better if he returned it then just keep it. He hopped along the path and hoped that she will see him wobbling to her. He finally got to a place with a waterfall and five little caves around it. One of them was Tenka's home and the other four was other Kuniku home. He picked the one that was right beside the waterfall and found her, curled up sleep. He kept nibbling on the fish but gave her back the legwarmer.
He sighed and leaned against the cave wall for a bit. Just to regain himself and looked down at the yellow, black and gray puff ball. "Thank you.." He mumbled and wobbled away back to his home, trying not to be seen by any other Kuniku. The sun shined brightly in his eyes, guessing he knew he did the right thing.
