Dr.dre been in longer then any one but ice cube is still as good
Technically, Dr Dre is for the most part responsible for giving Ice Cube his first major start in the rap game. However, Dr Dre was strictly a DJ/producer back then. When he finally did start rapping in NWA, Ice Cube wrote Dre's lyrics for him. In the event that Ice Cube didn't write for Dre, The DOC wrote for Dre. And to a lesser extent, MC Ren. When Death Row came along, it was Snoop and The DOC still writing for Dre. Unless you're comparing producing skills, Dr Dre isn't anywhere as good as Cube.
