take critics and encourage serious critics. I usually tell people not to give me-
"Omg thats so lovely!"
"Great work.Its nicely done"
those wont help >_> you can also try reading online anatomy tutorials but its most effective when you try to draw real humans as once you get the hang of drawing real humans rather than anime, you can easily transition from there to anime.
and use guidelines lol

I have a lot of friends who are girls but i dont know if they would let me draw them that would be kind of wierd sweatdrop

it would be >_> you can try drawing from magazines. I usually just grab a random magazine and sketch someone in there lawls or maybe your favorite celebrity? <3

I just really hope nobody thinks I am doing anything with those magazines because since I'm a boy doing stuff like that will look perverted even though i'm not doing anything wrong people today think wrong you know what i mean.

lol haha I'm looking at a mag filled with girls in bikinis <_< though I'm a girl but I'm basically a tomboy so my friends will flip if they see the mag in my hand.... stare nah I dont think it'll be weird. My guy friends does it too.They look at mags filled with bikini girls for the art.
Not all skimpy clothings and nude stuffs are perverted lol i'm sure people wont get the wrong idea....if you're drawing it at the same time so they can see it xD

Human anatomy has always been a problem for me...ironically lol. Anatomy and proportioning. But for anatomy, I would recommend the 'sketch from magazine' idea. After you get better with figures and shapes and stuff, even if that still doesn't work for you, you can always draw a frame before you actually start a drawing. Sketched frames are your friend XD wink
