Musketeer nodded softly and looked at his cousin curiously before offering up his next words.
"Perhaps your pink healer should come into the pack as well? She could help with the pups I'm sure? It may be...safer?" He wasn't sure if Alas pack would really do her harm, but the tone Crunch used made it clear something troublesome was stirring.
He gazed over to where the Agua Azul pack resided and back to Crunch. "Twix will come around, she seemed to like Butterfinger and I well enough. Once she realizes how nice Alas is and how we all accept her I'm sure she'll come to embrace her like a sister."

Looking towards Musketeer and his advice Crunch smiled once more, "She will, once she has saved at least one soul in the pack she currently is part of. And, yes, she would be a great help with the pups, and things will be safer. I promise my life on that." The dark blue eyes fell to the ground.
A red brow cocking abit, "I don't think so. Twix is one of a kind. She opens her heart up to family, Blood and our pack is her life. Her love. She wont voice it, but I know she doesn't like Alas, she fears that Alas will make me soft."
The alpha looked back up to the silver male, "I know she is wrong though, Alas completes who I am. I just hope that one day, Necrala will feel that same pull to you. Being brutal and harsh is just one half of who someone is."

Musketeer watched Crunch smiling as he spoke of Alas and shaking his head a bit when he spoke of Twix. "As much as she loves the family...she needs to socialize a bit perhaps? Once she sees that Alas makes you complete she will understand, I hope..."
He glanced in the direction of Necrala's den. "I never meant to hurt or upset her Crunch...I really do adore her. I thought she would be so happy...to have a family and...but she seems to loath me more now then ever." He frowned before taking a deep breath his expression hardening. "But I won't let her deny my pups the love of their family."

Crunch nodded to his cousin's words. Twix hadn't gone out to socialize be herself at all since settling down in the new territory, "You know, Cousin, I think I'll tell Twix to get out and walk about some. Being clogged up in the territory can make anyone mad." Crunch vocalized.
However, hearing his own words the alpha blinked, "Though don't get me wrong, I love this pack more then anything, besides everyone but out latests member is blood related."

Musketeer nodded and smiled "Just take care how you phrase the request, wouldn't want her to think your trying to be rid of her." He had quickly realized each of his family members little quirks. While Snickers was self obsessed in a harmless manner, and Gracia was devoted and kind to all, Twix was difficult to read at first. His caramel cousin acted so harsh yet she seemed to flare out most when she felt her family was in danger. She was protective in her own way and her softer words betrayed more of her character then the harsh tone she normally used.
Musketeer looked at Crunch curiously a new member? he would have to greet this new wolf. "We have a new member?" He chuckled. "Guess that means Butterfinger and I are off probation?"
He looked at Crunch a long moment. "I believe there is more of our line...of our family...I just haven't come across them, but I do remember an aunt and uncle visiting when I was small. It cannot be that all of us have had to grow up without our parents?" His tone softened and he relaxed again his easy nature taking over where his serious reflection left off.

With a slight bulge of his eyes Crunch had already thought of several different ways to approach his sister, and none were successful. "Oh, Musketeer, how I know your words of caution are true. Believe me, my request won't be spoken until I have worked out all the kinks into the conversation." Crunch wasn't afraid of his sister, but he didn't want to burst one of her bubbles or insult her in any fashion, besides with Alas, but that wasn't something that was negotiable.
With a tilt of his maw the alpha nodded, "Yes, Butterfinger and you are off probation, and the new member is the sibling to the alpha male of Aqua Azul. She seems very friendly, and bubbly, maybe a wolf that would feel comfortable with you and our kind siblings. She was very distraught when I found her, but Shelby, the new member, seems to be a happy femme regardless."
With a c**k of his head Crunch perked his ears, more family? "I guess they never could find us with our nomadic means for so long, Hopefully we will meet our relatives sometime soon then. Maybe they will be like you and Butterfinger and find our slowly growing family."

Musketeer chuckled slightly at Crunch's reaction, ahh the delicacies of being a good alpha and brother to boot. He was glad he wouldn't have to be the one to try and brighten Twix up for as warm and friendly as she acted towards him he had seen her get snappy with her siblings. Quite the militant beta Musketeer respected Twix and her love for her family. "Twix just cares too much about the family...but you had best also let her know about our new member."
He smiled softly at the mention of the female, she sounded friendly enough. "I will have to meet this Shelby and help her feel a bit more welcome." He gave a firm nod despite her having no relation he was not biased like Twix and enjoyed making new friends. Though he did wonder what could have caused her to be distraught and leave her brothers pack. Musketeer recalled that Alas was having issues within her pack perhaps Shelby had the same issues.
He nodded back at Crunch focused once more "It would be nice to meet them, to see if they can recall anything of us and perhaps join us? It's good to have family and friends...I only hope they havent been alone." He gazed back towards Necrala's den and looked to Crunch. "I will bring my family within a week or two..."

"Oh telling my sister about our latest member is a must, after all she isn't but a teen and I know Twix will already be slightly cross with me for not having told her sooner, but I just found Shelby not far from here on patrol." Crunch stated, his tone never shifting and looking towards the den, a soft sigh came from his maw, "I know she loves the family, but she can't be mated to us for her whole life. Something I realized when I met Alas," the large male confessed openly to himself even.
With a nod, Crunch looked back to Musketeer with a slight grimace, "It might be good if you go and welcome her as well, I think I might have intimidated her."
Focusing back on the new information about more cousins, the Crunch logo barring alpha seemed to nod about that, "It would be nice it they could do either of those things. As well as the hope in them being with something more then just sibling love holding them up, not that either of us seemed to have had a problem with our siblings since we were young."
Walking back an nudging Musketeer, Crunch nodded, "Well then we should inform the rest of the pack, I bet Gracia will be happy to have something to do besides clean the den all day." He joked a bit.

Musketeer nodded softly at Crunch's words "Your little healer is special, at times it's as if she's completely innocent...and yet other times it's visible that she only blocks out the things that would trouble other wolves...still she keeps the knowledge." He remembered how Alas had told him and Necrala of the dead pup a tone of mild disbelief, yet the pink healer seemed to understand why. It unnerved him at times how Alas could smile and act so relaxed knowing the challenges she faced ahead.
Musketeer chuckled as he brushed the thoughts away for the moment. "You intimidating? Impossible!" He laughed and nodded.
"Gracia will be glad and I'm sure Twix will welcome more family as well, they'll have a good family and home in the pack. Thank you cousin."

"She is one of a kind," Crunch agreed with a solemn regal nod. Watches his cousin's face become crestfallen and turns to one side, his thoughts going back to the fact that one of Musketeers pups didn't make it.
"Thank you cousin, but you should have seen the poor femme's face. She was terrified, but I think she is alright now, after she realized I wasn't going to hurt her." Crunch stated recalling the fear and the fact Shelby was hiding from him behind a tree trunk.
"But yes, and you're very welcome. This was my hopes in the creation of Akkiki Chibale, for a family and helpful community setting."

Musketeer nodded softly and stood he would keep to his duties in patrolling, and find the time to hunt for Necrala and the pups in the evening. "There will be good times ahead for the pack I'm sure...your a great leader Crunch." He gave a firm nod and smiled his posture relaxed once more.
Musketeer could not look too far ahead and think of all the trials that might come to them, but he knew that together they could face anything.
