"It's quite evident you don't know where you are..." Koorie walked around the flower, then looked back at Nalin. "Where are you going....?" The male clearly wasn't a single threat at all, but if he didn't know where he was going, then he'd probably follow her around even more. She knew her way out of the area, and planned on leading him back to the trail he had to follow to get where he needed to go.

"I guess nowhere? I dont know, I just decided to travel the other day... and the mountain seemed like a good place to start!" He walked just slightly behind her, contemplating what he was going to do next. Nalin was starting to see the foolishness in his adventure already.
"Do you know of anywhere that would be good to travel to?" Maybe Koorie would know the area better than he would, and could point him to the right trails.

"I don't travel out of the mountains. I have no reason to." It was the naked truth, Koorie hated traveling out of the mountains. She was in her element here in the frozen terrain, and she felt no need, or desire to leave.
"Now, where are you going to travel to next...."

"I.... I dont know." To tell the truth, Nalin had never been out of the valley he was born in before. Out in the rest of the world, he had no knowledge of the areas whatsoever.
Nalin felt pretty foolish now. Something about being in Koorie's presence was giving him an awkward feeling. He'd never met someone like her... someone... as cold as ice. It was ironic, now that he thought about it. She was truly an ice princess. Maybe it would be better to cut their visit short.
"I've never been outside of the valley before, so I decided to come to the mountains. I dont know what else is out here.... do you know of anything?"

"No, I don't, and I have no intentions of leaving to find out. I have no need to leave these mountains." The truth was that the world had no place for a Minya like her; a Minya that was so cold and distant from everything, and that was the grim truth.

"You dont ever want to leave? But, arent you lonely out here?" Nalin couldnt really wrap his brain around this minya. Yea... she was pretty and all that, but it seemed like that was it. She had no heart!
"I... I dont know. I guess back to the meadows where I came from. Maybe I can find a different destination from there?" He really didnt know. Nalin didnt want to go home, but it seemed like the only option. Unless...
"You live up in the mountain dont you? You must have a great view! Anything interesting worth seeing that you could point me in the direction of?"

Koorie turned abruptly and started walking off in another direction. "I've seen where the meadows are..." She looked back at the male. "And there's nothing of interest, but that is a matter of opinion. And in my opinion, I don't find any interest in anything that will make me leave."

"Oh. Ok then." Nalin dumbly followed her as she changed directions, figuring it wouldnt be terrible to return home. He was a bit disappointed that his grand adventure had turned out as such, but perhaps he would find something else of interest on the way home.
"I guess the meadows will be fine." He smiled at her, hoping she would scowl at him. It was really becoming a downer on his normally hyper mood.
"I hope someday you are happy, Koorie." It was really more of a muttered phrase, and he wasnt expecting her to hear it, or to respond.

Koorie's ears flicked as she heard him, and she let out a small sigh. Mentally, she was arguing with herself, and it wasn't like this male was like the slobering lecherous males she was used to dealing with.
Finally, a small part of her caved and she looked over at him. "If you want a real adventure, there's a cave nearby that goes pretty deep. It's big enough that I haven't even finished exploring it...."

Nalin had an almost instant change in demeanor. His ears perked up, his head raised, and a hopeful expression crossed his face. Was she really going to go on an adventure with him?
Nalin hadnt really gone on an adventure (going to the mountains excluded, of course) since he had been little. Him and his father (and sometimes his siblings) would go out for hours and come back dirty and laughing. It was the best.
Not wanting to jinx it, he tried to play it cool. It wouldnt do any good to scare Koorie off before the adventured started, afterall. "Well... two people can generally explore more area than just one...?" Nalin couldnt help but let a little hopefulness sink into his voice.
He'd never really grown out of wearing his emotions on his sleeve.

Koorie sweatdroped as Nalin seemed to suddenly get the idea that she was going to go with him. Mentally arguing with herself, she remained silent for a bit. 'You never said that you would go with him... but then again, if I don't go, he'll probably end up being hurt. I'm not his parent though, so what's it to me if he gets himself in trouble?'
Finally, after several moments of silence, Koorie looked over to Nalin and nodded. "Two Minya can cover more ground than one. The caves are off this way." She began walking into the mountains, watching her footing because the ice could be slippery. "Be careful though. If you get hurt it's your own fault..."
