Folding in her wings, Keres followed Chris to wherever. As she walked to looked around at the other kids playing and then spotted the "crying-kid" still over at the blocks with a new castle thing. Something inside her itched to go over and knock it over like she had done earlier, but she was playing with Chris now.
She made a mental note to go torment the boy later.
"Chris, where we going?"

He pointed at the plastic playground set. "Slide," he said before continuing along. He didn't realize that he was treated so differently from other kids by her, and probably would have been confused if he had. As it was he started climbing up the plastic toy and perching at the top of the slide, looking down.

Keres stood at the side of the slide's end and looked up half-tube. "Slide down!" she yipped and gave a small laugh before she hurried around to the other slide and...well, this was going pose a problem: there were no stairs, only rungs.
"UGH!" Keres sighed loudly, exasperated.

Rye loved the mall, but then again, what woman didn't? But this was her first time to go shopping with little Sophia with her. It was exciting, she had to admit. Sophie was the so adorable Rye couldn't wait to get into some of the new dresses on display or perhaps look at some hairclips or pins or...The confident woman smiled warmly, turning slightly with a whirl of her own skits to look at her tiny charge that was latched onto her with one small hand, "You ready to find some pretty things, Sophie?"
The little girl had her hair braided today, so she wouldn't step on it, since the mall involved a lot of walking. She nodded her head, blinking lavender eyes bright with anticipation, "Yes please, mommy."
"That's my girl!"
They drew near the small play area and Rye stopped by one of the small sale's carts, looking enchanted, "Ahh, look at these earings!" Sophie stayed by her side, though she passed an underhanded glance at the play area and the children there.

Chris slid down, then looked at the cat girl for a moment before looking around. His eyes caught on a triangle padded piece that was bigger than he was and he walked over, shoving the heavy piece towards the jungle gym so she could use it as a ramp.
Then he climbed up it and slid down again, mindless of the fact that the big triangle weighed far more than most adults could lift.

Keres didn't say "thank you", but instead thought her applause to be enough. When she saw him disappear down the slide once more, she tiptoed up the triangle ramp and stood on the platform. She liked being so high up, it made her feel special and like a queen. Yes... She could see it now: her, Queen Keres, ruler of all the little sobbing brats below her!
She choked back a Dr. Evil laugh and bounced out of her small power-trip. As she gave one more look out at her possible kingdom, the small pale-haired child some meters away caught her golden eyes.
"Such pretty hair..." Keres cooed with an actual smirk. She looked behind her to find Chris. "Chris, Chris! We should go see that girl over there." Keres pointed her tawny hand in the general direction of the unknown kid.

Stasia walked over to the play area, carrying Nataya. "Now, be sure to follow the rules and don't wander off. Mommy will be right back, okay?" she said, stopping infront of the play area. "Be a good girl, and stay in the playland until Mommy gets back, okay?" she said, smiling at the girl as the toddler nodded. "That's Mommy's girl...." she said, kissing the little girl's forehead before standing to her feet and heading off to get the surprises for Nataya, a.k.a. some more clothes and a couple of toys and other miscellaneous things.
Nataya smiled, waving bye to Mommy as she left with one hand, her other hand hugging her plum like a stuffed animal. The toddler's long hair hung loose around her small frame, the tips of it brushing the floor. Her wings fluttered a bit as she looked at the playland, a grin spreading across her face. She looked at the other children and walked into the playland, curious about the other little people like her. She stood near the large "E", simply observing the other children for a moment. They looked like they were having fun! The little girl grinned, her wings fluttering a bit as she tried to figure out how to have fun like that, too. She began walking towards the slide that the horsey-birdy-kitty-girl was standing on. She wanted to get a closer look at it.

Christian glanced over at the girl that Keres seemed so interested in, cocking his head slightly. "She come here," he said simply before climbing up the slide and sliding down again. This was where kids went in the mall, after all.
He paused as he caught sight of the tiny little fairy girl and her plum, wondering if he was cursed to be surrounded by females...

(OH HE SO LIKES IT. Just doesn't realize it yet)
As she toppled out the end of the slide, feathers ruffled and claws leaving scratch marks in the plastic (she hadn't expected to go so fast), Keres suddenly became level with another child who was almost just as odd as well... all the other kids she'd seen. What was this, a cabbage meeting? Had she somehow sent up a cabbage signal in the sky? She knew she shouldn't have pressed that red button in the elevator...
"Um..." Keres grunted lightly as she righted herself, head tilted to one side as she looked at the fruit-toting child. Blinking, she noted the other's long purple hair and gave a huff. Why did everyone but her have long hair?...Which reminded her, she had to make sure that other kid came over too.
Keres peered over the purple schemed child's shoulder at the other girl and then looked behind her at Chris. "But what if she doeseeeeeeeennnnnnnntttt?" she whined.

"Hi!" Nataya said cheerfully, grinning and waving at Keres. She blinked a moment, the grinned, tilting her head to the opposite side as she mirrored Keres movement. She glanced over her shoulder as the other girl talked to someone behind her. She saw a girl with long white hair and a flow-y dress and a really cool, horned-fangy looking kid. She smiled brightly, waving to the two other kids. Wow, someone sure was happy to see everyone.

"She don't come, she don't come," Chris said. "No force people to play." Or do anything else, he thought with a nod. Forcing people could break them.
The newcomer would have noticed the fact that Chris had two voices that spoke as one by then, one slightly higher pitched than the other. He didn't like to talk because of it, but Keres had asked him a question! He walked over, moving on all fours, using his knuckles to walk over to them, unwittingly revealing the fact that had he been standing properly he would have been the size of a very muscular ten year old.

(( x-x Sorry. Had power, and then internet, knocked out for a couple of days))
Keres tilted her head to the other side in a "Hello" response to the purple-haired child before she crossed her arms and looked at Chris. She didn't like his answer, since she believed that the white-haired girl over at the cart thing just HAD to come over, and gave a huff. Well, if he wasn't going to make sure she was going to come over, then Keres had to do it herself.... and she wasn't going alone.
"We go over there and get her, okay?" Keres said to the purple child as she pointed over to the white-haired girl. It wasn't a question; they WERE going.

Nataya looked over as she heard a new voice that was 'awesome-er' than Mommy's. "Ooooh....." she cooed softly, noticing the larger child. The first thing she noticed was his eyes.....they were a pretty color! *Pwettyful color....* was the one thought that went throught the little one's mind.
She then realized she was being spoken to by the other girl, and turned her head to look at her. A confused look spread over her face, her head tilting a bit more. "Why?" she asked. Why would they need to go get her? Didn't all little people like them come here?

Chris sighed and looked over at the white haired girl again, wondering if she was just being shy or if she really didn't want to come play with them. "Maybe scared," he said with a nod. He had had other people scared of him, after all. Not at school, of course, but once in a while people would bring out crosses and yell stuff like "Get thee behind me, Satan!"
Of course most of them were old people at church. They, his gramma had told him, liked to make spekt-a-kuls of themselves.

"Because we can," Keres replied bluntly to the purple-haired child. She then looked back at Chris again and gave a short nod, "then we make her not scared and we go over to her. Right? RIGHT." Set on her goal and superawesome plan, she grabbed Nataya's hand and moved to set off across the vicinity.
"C'moooooonn."
