I am almost completely sure that Cleo is some sort of manipulative mastermind. However, it's not my business, and the girl certainly is adorable, with those chubby cheeks and fluffy tail-feathers. She intimidated the other students, though I don't think they noticed much, and is perhaps a bit too hyper for this more mental melee discipline. However, she certainly participated!
