Talia awaited the color and... green~! Her eyes focues on the crayon... greengreengreen... she wasn't too sure how her coloring worked, but maybe if she just thought on it reaaaly hard.
It seemed to work... the color green ebbed into her pigments, slowly filtrating through her system like dye mixing into water... and soon she was all green... her face though, said she was still very focused on changing... and seemed to have no idea that she'd completed the task given to her.

Orpheus gave a bright smile, "Good, very good." He told the girl when she took on the green coloring in her entire form, "Now for the next color." He told her, picking up a pink crayon and held it out to her to see and to try.
She only had two colors left to go to be done with her class.

Next color! and... Ouh pink~ She liked pink... She gave a content little smile... already fading towards the color just from her enjoyment to get to do her favorite. She shut her eyes... concentrating like she did the last time... pinkpinkpink... she tried to imagine it in her mind... until she dragged one eye open, hesitantly... looking at her hand... pink! aha~ she inwardly cheered, looking up to her teacher for more approval.

Orpheus gave a nod, "Very good, alright this is the last one." He told her as he held up another crayon, this one was an orange color, "If you do this one you would have gone through a good range of different colors and have shown that your understanding the skill."

She gave a firm nod... okay, just one more... she focused, mn... orange was hard, she focused like before... imagined the color, the changing was getting easier but... she glanced at her hand, the off colored peach, and then back to the crayon in orpheus' hand... no! She gave a little frown of disappointment, trying once more... After a few more pigment shifts, she felt like she had it... though the color wavered, she held tight to that feeling, looking with those wide eyes to her teacher once more.

The teacher watched as she changed this time to two different colors, peach to begin with and then to a color that matched the crayon that he was holding, "Very good." He said, setting the crayon down, "That is about all that I can help with, from here its mostly you picking colors that you want to turn to and practicing doing so." He told her, "It will be a lot of work to perfect it but as well as you did in class I am sure you can do it."

Phew... she'd done it... she relaxed, letting her pigments run naturally, whichever color they chose, and sliding to her feet, she smiled and nodded to his instructions... lots of practice... The child likely wasn't going to keep practicing, but luckily for her she had a father waiting in an office up the stairs who would encourage her to do so. "Thank you" she finally spoke, soft and politely, edging towards the door.. ready to go back to her usual play... That was it right?

"Your welcome, I hope that you had fun." He said, moving to pick up all the crayons to return them to their box, "Will you be alright heading back on your own?" He asked s he saw her heading off toward the door.

She nodded, she'd be fine... and, that meant she could go. She even offered two extra words as she hurried out the door "Bye-bye~"

Assured that the girl would be alright on her own Orpheus finished his cleaning up before he got his clip board and went to find a comfortable place to sit. He would finish up his notes and then take advantage of the quiet time and get a nap in.
