Lefora shut her eyes for a few moments. It usually made her eyes go back to being semi-normal when she opened them once again. But when she opened them this time, she blinked. They were still black . . . "N-no . . ." She stammered. "M-my eyes . . . They're black . . ." Lefora felt like she was going to have a panic attack. "I can't see . . ." She trembled as she sat up, inches away from him. Her eyes started swelling with tears. "Asriel . . . I- I'm blind!"

And he took that as a 'no'. Asriel sighed, more or less utterly confused on how to react. He came to her side and drapped a wing over her back to reassure her of his presence. "Just think of it as living during night. Didn't you like the night?"

Lefora felt Asreil's wing on her back, the soft feathers sending a tickling, warm sensation down her spine. At least he didn't leave her . . . She sniffled and let the tears fall from her eyes. "I guess, but now . . ." Her pale, blind eyes tried to imagine where his blood red eyes would be. "I can't see you anymore . . ." She said in a voice that was completely different than the voice she used to say "Hello" to him. This voice was soft, cool, seductive, just . . . different. She arched her neck up and her lips parted. Her soft, pink tongue slipped out of its prison and licked his cheek. He blush was concealed by her black fur and she was thankful of it.

Asriel was startled by her sudden change. As she inched towards him, he leaned back more until it became terribly uncomfortable. He could feel her teasing breath besides him and his tail twitched nervously. Suddenly, she licked him and he fell backwards with a plop. He coughed uncomfortably as his limbs and wings eased him back to a stand a little away. "Oh-" his voice cracked and he coughed ackwardly again. "That's not a totally loss."

Lefora raised an eyebrow. "Of course it's a loss. You're a sight for my, well, what used to be my eyes." She retorted in that same, new voice of hers. She smelled him close . . . She sauntered over towards him. This was a lot more fun than torturing little fuzzy creatures. She inclined her head towards his own. "Am I scaring you?"

"Scaring me?" As she moved towards him, he backed up and back and backed until he felt the bark of the tree he was originally resting under brushing against his tail. "Of course not," he muttered looking around for possible escape pathes. "I mean, should I be scared?"

Lefora chuckled. "You smell like it. And you're backing away." Lefora added with a bit of a pout. "I may be blind, Asriel but I'm not that big of an idiot." She walked a little forward. "C'mon, I'm at least freaking you out."

Asriel was offically pressed against the bark of the tree with no place to run. She would be close enough to nab him right back if he tried. "I don't know what you're talking about." Still in denial. "You don't mean to harm me so what is there to be afraid of?"

"C'mon Asriel. You're tense that I'm up this close to you, yet you're denying the fact that I'm creeping you out." Lefora's pale eyes glimmered for a second. "And yet you don't push me away or say anything against me . . . Hmmm . . . You must've figured out by now that I have feelings for you. Do you feel the same way?" She asked with a raised eyebrow, anticipating an answer that denyed that fact.

"Insanely uncomfortable would be the word I'll use," Asriel looked back proceeded to slowing slip around the tree. Then again, it could end dangerously if she noticed. "I have, again, no idea what you're talking about."

Lefora smirked. "Of course you don't." She replied, her ears flicking. "Don't even try . . ." She said, her blind eyes fixed on him. "You're not gonna be able to escape like that."

Asriel froze in mid-step then laughed nervously, "escape?" He pulled his leg back to his side obediantly, "who would want to escape a lovely figure as yourself..." He trailed off while debating how to slip away without be noticable. "But perhaps it would be best if I leave, you seem to be fine and I need to... go wash my ... wings."

Lefora scowled. "I'm not an idiot Asriel." She repeated, her ears drooping. "I guess I was . . . pushy." She admitted with a sigh, backing up somewhat. Her eyes started swelling up with tears again. "I'm so sorry . . . You can go . . ." She sniffled and blinked, tears falling from her pale eyes.

Then there was tears. When it came down to it, it was just terrible reacting to anything the female gender throw at him. Grumbling at himself, he sighed in defeat. "I will then," he moved a little ways away before turning back, "but not without you. Now, shall we?"

Lefora let the remaining tears fall from her eyes and she looked in the direction of Asriel, without actually seeing Asriel. She sniffled one last time and her jaw dropped slightly. For a few seconds, she just stood there blinking like some mentally retarded idiot. "A-are you sure?" She stammered.
