My focus is more editorial stuff and galleries. I have to focus my capital on that. I'm not made of money.

And you pretty much HAVE to be selling prints, which cost a fortune to make up. Then there are all the supplies, and the cost of getting there. If you don't sell enough stuff, you are in the hole and you have to sell a LOT. Its a gamble.

I really like your technique but I have got to say that your subject matter as represented here really does nothing for me.
It really feels like all of this stuff is very hollow. You have technique for miles and even some style but nothing about any of these really grabs me. I feel like you are making bad pictures really well.
Most of these pieces feel like they would be appropriate to be hung on the walls of places I would not care to be, by people with whom I would probably not like to hang out.
I would like to see more of your work, especially if you have more personal stuff to show.

The bunny's are having fun and more directed at a West Coast gallery scene.
EDIT :: I took the time to look over your work and I really can't respect anything you have to say. You have no artistic eye or talent in any field. I thought this woudl be a guild where I could see real art, I was mistaken. There is some nice, but still anime-styled art. There is mainly the same amount of b.s. I see everywhere on the Internet. I'm going to stick to talking to my peers about art, otherwise I just get very very angry with people who don't understand the field. I quit.

Also guys consider that she's an illustrator. They don't make art for themselves but for a living, to get the monies. It was all put well into perspective for me in my illustration class. My teacher Kevin is severly hardcore. They have to be assholes in order to survive the way they do. The industry with illustration is very very cut-throat. Just as bad as tattooing.

cutthroat or not, i've always found it best to at least attempt to not burn any bridges when it comes to networking and finding jobs. you never know where you'll be getting your next paid gig from :3
wish you the best of luck though, hansma!
