"Mmmmm, fatter berries! Alright, I'm in!" Glace said with glee at the mention of possible rewards. However, there was one little thing... he had no idea how one would water a berry. "Umm... how do I water?" He looked forward and saw watering cans lying in the distance. "What in the world are THOSE?!"

"They are human devices that limit you from pouring too much water all at once into a patch. You pour water into the main hole..." Nine picked up a watering can using a disable attack and dunked it into the lake. It soon popped out again, now filled with water.
"And then you point the little side that sticks out to the ground and water comes out." She looked at the can again, willing it to tilt towards the ground. The spout of the can let out water, wetting the dry ground. Soon, the watering can floated back down infront of Glace. "You'll have to hold it with your mouth though, but don't worry. My trainer bought grape flavored handles..."
It was actually quite thoughtful of Luna. The old rusted watering cans Nine used before tasted horrible in her mouth, so she always had to use her tails before. She even developed her psychic attack to have more control over her watering can. "You can water that patch over there with the pomeg berries." Nine tilted her head towards a nearby patch.
Nine then levitated about ten watering cans to herself, one for her mouth and one for all of her tails. She then got to work on watering some new rare berries her trainer had found on one of their adventures.

"Ohhh, okay!" He watched Nine move the watering can with her mind. Wow, she sure is somethin'...
He stared as water poured out of the can onto the ground. "WOWW! That was amazing! Those humany folks, they sure are smart!" He picked up the watering can with his mouth.... and instantly began licking the handle. "Mmmmm! Mfiss is gunff!" he said with his mouth full. Glace walked over to the pomeg berries, bright red and seemingly bursting with flavor. He sprinkled water over them (while licking all around the handle at the same time), admiring their beauty as water droplets made them shine even brighter in the sun overhead.
He sat the watering can down and trotted over to Nine. "Soooo, what are you watering there?"

The Ninetales placed the watering can in her mouth down onto the ground, giving the handle a small lick. "Lum berries." She answered, licking one of the berries fondly.
"Don't try to eat them, you'll probably break your teeth." The ninetales warned, making her way towards the berry patch next to the lum berries. "But if you do manage to crack open one, I might give you a prize." She challenged.

((hehe there's a lum berry in the thread from the event still! XD))
"A prize? A PRIZE?!" Glace said, tail wagging in excitement. "Now how can I resist a prize?!" Not even bothering to ask what the prize was, Glace immediately ran over to a Lum Berry bush and picked a random one from the branches. Woah, this does feel really tough to chew through... he thought in his head as he went over to a clear spot on the grass to gnaw away at it.
"Ernngh.. urnnphh... mphis iszz harff to cheww..." he said, gnawing away at the tiny yet indestructible berry, now covered in slobber from Glace's muzzle. "Mfiss beffer be dphelishus...."
