Ray raised an eyebrow. He was suprised that she had spoke to him like that. He glarred at his cousin and then looked back at Kiyoko with a soft look. "I read eyes, but I see you've become a little snippy because of my loving cousin. I'll come back at a better time..." he said and took her hand again. He kissed it lightly and then got up. He nudge his cousin in the back as he walked passed her. He shot her an annoyed and angered look. She did that too him often which is why he had better luck with girls he didn't meet around her. He was persistant though and most likely would be back. Expecially since he liked a challenge.
Ray saw Mr. Kiyoshi, one of his teachers. It was a male one so he wasn't exactly a model student. "Hey Mr. K... How do you think I did on that test?" he asked laughing, not waiting to hear an answer. He had been a smartass that day and acted up during the test like he usually did. After saying that he walked over to the group of girls that had been giving Kiyoko envious looks. "Hey ladies..." he said and the parted, giving him room to sit. He took a seat next to the head cheerleader.
Celia sighed and ignored her cousins looks. She laughed a little bit. "That was a good one. Syrup, pancakes..." she said laughing. "I'm sorry about him..." she said shaking her head. "He's always like that. Many girls like him suprisingly. But I guess I'd fall for it atleast once if I wasn't his cousin..." she said, rolling her eyes. "But we're actually really close. Just not at school..." she said with a slight laugh. It was a weird relationship, but it is what it is.

As soon as the boy left, Kiyoko also burst out laughing. "Wow! That was....weird, to say the least. Strange, I never usually end up with good comebacks. It sounded stupid in my opinion, but oh well." she said, wiping away a tear of humor. "It's cool; don't blame yourself. There's not much you can do to help him anyways. Although he's not bad, I must say. But I guess it would make it harder if he was your cousin." she reasoned with the girl. "How you're still sane, I don't have a clue."
She noticed the boy walk up to....wait, is that Mr. Kiyoshi?! Oh, it is! she thought to herself. She found it strange that he was the only teacher here; from what she heard, though, he was popular with most of the students. He was a very nice guy, though, especially helping her and a few students out yesterday after she bumped into the girl. Ok, rammed into her.
"Well, whatdoya know." she looked in amazement as he sat with the envious girls, especially the head cheerleader. The girl, Lucy, began playing with the boy's hair, obviously flirting. "Complete flirt." she sighed, and turned to the girl again. "Sitting with that little-Oh!" she caught herself in her thoughts, and changed the subject quickly, turning back to Celia. It was good that that sentence wasn't finished. "Where were we anyways before that-let's call it intrusion?" she asked the girl.
Mr. Kiyoshi sighed as the boy came up and asked for his test score, then left. The boy had acted like an idiot in the middle of it, as usual. He was debating with himself whether the principal would let him put the boy in solitary confinement during test. Like, a sealed off room or something....
Bah, that wouldn't happen. It would never happen; the kids would hate himf for it even if he was allowed. He'd have ot find a different method. It was a challenge, one he looked foward to. And he'd have all year...plus, now he had AT LEAST today to see him in normal situations.
He then began to eat his ceral, keeping an eye on the vast room.

Celia laughed along with her. She started to pick at her salad. "He isn't that bad, but it gets annoying after awhile." she said rolling her eyes. "And I'm just even more annoyed today because my days ruined since I have to stay stuck in this school..." she said, shaking her head. She was very upset over that fact. And Ray knew that, that was what bugged her the most. He was too preoccupied in another girl to think about how much that was irritating her. She sighed and shrugged it off.
Looking over at him she raised an eyebrow as Kiyoko started talking and cut herself off. "What were you going to say about her?" she asked, curiously. She looked over at her cousin and rolled her eyes. "She's always all over Ray. He just likes the attention because she's so popular..." she said, "I probably shouldn't of told you that. Shh..." she said laughing slightly.
Celia looked around the cafeteria. She saw Mr. Kiyoshi. "Is he the only teacher here?" she asked, laughing a little bit. "He's one of my favorite teachers."
Ray wrapped his arms around the waists' of the girls on either side of him. He was loving it up. He fed off the attention of girls.

Alastair huffed as he jogged to school. A tree had fallen across his street so he stayed back to help move it to a safe position. Of course, now he was late. Half of first period was gone but the sky was getting pale. Staying outside wouldn't be the brightest thing to do.
His guitar bounced on his back as he ran, entering the building 10 minutes to second period. Alastair bent over and held his knees, breathing harshly. "Damn... that burned..." He had to put his guitar away so he went to the music room, but as he did so, he heard the announcement.
"...Are... ARE YOU SERIOUS?! All that running.. FOR NOTHING?!" He wanted to kick something. Well, it was no use crying over spilled milk. His stomach grumbled and food was free...
Alastair got on line for food. Mmm... tacos. The cafeteria was packed but he spotted a seat next to a girl wearing red and another wearing white. He sat close to them, but far enough as to give them privacy. Munching on the taco, he took out his music book and started reading the notes.

She agreed with the girl, and took note of the boy who sat near them. He looked rather busy with something, so there was no use bugging him; she'd wait a bit and see if he finished before trying to drag him into a conversation. "Yeah, it's a bit of a bummer for me as well. I usually get online and talk to the friends I moved away from over the summer after school lets out. Of course, one of them is an info fanatic, so chances are she will have seen the school closings and whose trapped in school." she answered. She then wondered if they were in school, or if their school had let out. She was sorta far away, but she could still visit them and whatnot, so chances are they were affected by the storm as well.
Upon Celia's raised eyebrow, Kiyoko giggled a bit. "Well...lets put it this way: something that shouldn't be heard by a good portion of the public, well, by my eyes, anyways." she answered, making it a bit dramatic by deepening her voice a bit. It went back to normal as she continued. "Yeah, I have unfortunately found out about her popularity....yesterday."
She then explained to the girl about yesterday, but in a shortened version. How she accidently ran into the girl, knocking them and their stuff on the ground. Kiyoko had tried to gather the girl's stuff up first, apologizing to her and what not. Lucy didn't like Kiyoko touching her stuff, and had actually grabbed the stuff from her and through Kiyoko's stuff across the hall in a split up mess. A few kids helped her out, but the bell rang. Mr. Kiyoshi was walking back to his classroom and saw what had happened, and let them all into their class (since it was Literature clas they were late for, and the mess happened outside his room), and merely told the class they were helping him with something. Chances are he talked to Lucy yesterday, which put Kiyoko on the "hatred" list.
"But, can you keep it under wraps? The last thing I need is for the whole squad to throw their pompoms at my face." she joked, not really caring what they thought of her. "But yes, Mr. Kiyoshi is a pretty cool teacher, from what I can tell. I like how he actually likes what he teaches, and it makes him passionate about his work, therefore the students learn more."
Mr. Kiyoshi looked at the Ray boy and sighed; he'll never learn, unfortunately. But at least Kiyoko's rejection was a bit of a wake-up call, so chances are if he likes a challenge (which he's figured out by now that Ray does love challenges), then he'll be back to her again.
He also noticed the boy hard at work reading something. Alas, so some still did try to do some sort of work! He squinted at the book; it was music, very nice.

Celia nodded, "I was supposed to see my younger cousin today. He's adorable and makes his mom call me so I can talk to him all the time. He's my favorite cousin...." she said laughing as she looked over at Ray. "He's from my dad's side so he's not Ray's brother or anything. That's probably why he's so sweet. I try not to let Ray corrupt his poor little mind." she said, semi-jokingly. She shook her head, she didn't want to think about it because she was just going to get upset again. "So where did you come from, like where'd you live before you came here?" she asked.
Celia laughed and rolled her eyes as Kiyoko told her the story. "Don't worry, it's safe with me..." she said laughing. "Someone is going to knock her off her pedistool one day and she's going to fall hard. But I just stay on her good side because she's a pain if you're not. Besides I make a lot of money off her. She's always asking for new designs. And since she has money she pays well for them." she grinned.
Celia looked over as she saw the guy sit with them. He looked like he had just come back from a run and was deep in his music. She didn't want to bother him, but she couldn't just be quiet. "Hey..." she said, loud enough to be heard over to roar of the crowd. "You're Alastair right?" she asked. She had a couple friends who were really into music so she had heard of him.
Ray tried to look back at the table where Celia and Kiyoko were, but Lucy had turned his attention elsewhere. She whispered stuff to him and he whispered things back to her. He was just flirting, but he probably wouldn't ask her out. Girls like that were a bore after awhile. He just liked the attention. Her other friends were jealous, but kept on happy faces. He tossed out complements to them every once in awhile.

"Aw, he sounds adorable." Kiyoko commented. "I can understand why you'd want to keep him from turing into a Mini Ray, though. It's weird, but I can seriously picture Ray trying to teach him his methods of obtaining girls, or something like that." she joked. "Ironically, my brother and I are complete opposites. He's also one of those popular men, always having some girl fall for him; he tried giving me some tips and pick-up lines once. That was an amusing conversation." she resemised.
"Well, at least you have been able to use Lucy's popularity to help out on your designs; it's probably too late for me, I suppose. Just my luck to ram into the most popular girl at school, out of all people. From what I can tell, she's not a forgiving person." she pointed out with a laugh. "Other than that, though, the school year has been going well for me so far."
"As to where I was before, I moved here over the summer from Rosette City, a few hours from here. It's a nice quiet little city, one where everyone knows your name, and stuff like that. I lived there for my whole life; recently I attended middle school there and finished, as well as my freshman year, but came here using the transfer policy this school offered. Some...stuff came up, and it was better in the long run to move here. I can still talk to and visit my childhood friends, but we now attend different schools."
Mr. Kiyoshi took out a list of all his students, and began to look through them; might as well try and put the face with the name, after all. This new transfer program added quite a few students, and he wanted to get to know all of them.

Celia laughed and nodded. "Yeah, he is. He's a little blonde haired, blue eyes boy. He's already going to have girls chasing after him when he's older. He doesn't need to become arrogant like Ray." she said rolling her eyes. "That would be quite an... odd conversation." she said with a slight laugh. "Does he go to this school too? Or is he like older college?" she asked. Her older brother was kind of like that, but he was off to college now so it wasn't like she was the middle child anymore for the most part. Atleast until he came home.
"Eh, you never know..." Celia shrugged. "Once people get to know you she'll be forced to be atleast decent to you. She doesn't want to hurt her own popularity so she'd do anything to keep it up whether it be stepping on someone or befriending someone..." she said. "It's a rather superficial thing."
"Ah, wow. It must be hard to move to a place like this from a place like that." Celia observed. "I've lived here all my life. So I'd be creeped out by everyone knowing everyone. It'd get kind of dull in my opinion. The only reason I'd want everyone knowing me is from my designs." she said with a small smile. By now, she had forgotten about her salad, though the fork was still in her hand.
Ray recieved a kiss on the cheek from Lucy before he got up. He smirked and left the table. He headed back over to Celia's table. He sat imbetween the two girls, wrapping his arms around each of their shoulders. "Have you ladies calmed down a bit?" he asked. "I was awfull hurt when I left..." he said with a playfully sad look on his face.

"My older brother is starting his first year in college. How he got in, I don't have a clue. Heh, he never liked studying much, nor did he actually study enough to get used to it. He's always played football; hence why he became so popular. But he was nice about it, though; he'd rarely be snobby about it., and he turned alot of the flirts down. Heck, he even tried to get one of the teammates to go out with me. A bit of an extreme action, but at least it was heartfelt. He never did go out with any of them; said they weren't his style." she said.
"It was a bit hard for the move, but I can still visit friends over the weekends or something. Plus, it makes me even more proud and thankful for the internet, and online chat rooms." she joked. "My mom and brother have tried to be really supportive about it, and in the end it's helped all of us. She promised to help me redecorate my new room; make it more techonology friendly, and more my style in general. Before my brother left for college a week ago, we'd hang out and check out the city together, get carry-out food, shopping, fun stuff like that. It's been a great way to bond with the family some more. After my brother left, my mom is seriously thinking about getting a pet; a dog or cat, or a friendly animal." she explained.
It wasn't long after this sentence that Ray returned from his visit to the popular table. He sat inbetween the two girls, asking if they "clamed down a bit". She could pratically feel the heat from the ladies' anger from the other table; one could make a nice campfire and roast marshmellows over their heads. "We're perfectly fine." she answered.
Let's see........Here's Maria Wilson...ah, here's her picture. Oh, she's the one with the super long hair, that goes down most of her back, and in a ponytail. These were thoughts that went through his head as he looked through a list of names and pictures, playing match-the-kid, in a way.

Celia looked at her cousin. "Yes, fine as long as you stop being such a flirt..." she said with a warning glance. She looked over at Kiyoko. "That sounds like fun..." she said. "I'd be glad to go around shopping with you to get stuff for your room." she said with a smile. "I know where to get all the best deals since I'm always on a budget. And maybe we can get some fabrics. I need some for a new design I'm thinking up. I still have to sketch it down." she said.
"Hm, that might be something to do while I'm waiting around here. Time seems to be moving so slow. Though I like having someone to talk to." she said with a small smile. She was just basically ignoring her cousin who was listening. He didn't want to piss her off again and have to leave. That wasn't good on his part.
Ray didn't even notice the girls at the popular table. He stayed blissfully ignorant to their drama. He didn't like to get into that stuff. It was too... annoying. "Oo, I want to go to. I need a frilly pink trim..." he said, jokingly, teasing Celia. She always needed frabric and so sometimes the kind she needed sounded very girly. Surprisingly, Celia laughed at this. She much rather liked the funny side of him over the flirty side.
"I'm sure you do. It'll match wonderfully with your black leather jacket." she said, still laughing.

"That sounds like fun!" Kiyoko agreed. "I haven't seen what fabrics this place has yet; I'm still working with the load I haven't used up yet. It'd be cool to see what they have here. And I'm sure a wonderful pink dress would match that pink-trimmed leather jacket quite nicely." Kiyoko also added in on a joke.
It was weird; some girls died over pictures of guys in dresses. While it was funny, Kiyoko had to admit, some pulled off the look....a little too well, from what she'd seen from her friends back at home. One had gone to camp and returned with pictures from a cross-dressing competiton; some looked exactly like girls, but were really guys. Now that was an amusing summer afternoon, all the girls looking at various camp pictures.
"It is nicer with people to talk to, I do agree."
Mr. Kiyoshi looked up from his work, a bit confused after being so absorbed in it. Many of the students had finished eating, and began to wonder about the school. It began to rain harder outside, not looking to let up anytime soon.
He sighed; throwing away his empty cereal bowl, he gathered his papers and began to wonder the halls, to keep an eye on students.

Celia smiled, "Yeah, there is this fabric store right by my house. It's a small store but they have really good prices..." she said and then laughed. "I'd have to agree with that. Maybe we should make him one. I'm sure all the girls will still be falling over him. Expecially since they'll want to know where he got the dress." she said, jokingly. But part of that would probably be true. It'd be hilarious to see a guy like him in a pink dress with pink trim. She has actually made him where some of her pieces just at home so she could sew them up. But he would never admit it. Plus he bought her a manican for her birthday last year so he wouldn't have to do it again.
"We should do his make-up to, shave his legs, use a stuffed wonderbra, a wig and walah..." she giggled. "Raymina..." she teased, nudging her cousin playfully. "I'd pay you do do that. I think I'd pee myself seeing you like that.
Ray laughed and shook his head. "You're crazy..." he said. "There is no way you would get me to dress up like a Drag Queen." he said, still shaking his head. That would be something very embarrasing. "No amount of money you could offer would make me do something like that. Go find someone else for that kind of experiment."

Alastair jumped at the sound of his name, looking up at the girl. "Oh.. yeah... But call me Al; Alastair is awfully girly, isn't it?" He smiled at the two. "I hope you don't mind if I sit here. It was either here or that... table over there..." Al indicated to the table with the cheerleaders. There was a grimace on his face so it was obvious that he did not want to sit there.

((Sorry, got into the storyline. xd ))
"That's wonderful! I haven't seen that place." Kiyoko said happily, then began to take a sip of water...
Kiyoko had to turn her head and shove her nose and mouth into a napkin; she chose the wrong time to drink water. It didn't come back up, but it still stung a bit in her nose. But it was completely worth it for that comment. It took a moment before she came back in. "Oh wow, that'd be hilarious. Hehe, Raymina." But, it did make a very nice picture. Then an idea popped into her head; it might just work. She turned to him, completely serious and dramatic.
"Oh, come on now, haven't you ever wondered what life is like on this side, Ray? Besides." she added. "Some women love that kind of thing. Ya know, the whole cross-dressing thing. I've seen the most un-guessable people who would like it shriek in delight. And then there are those who pull it off too well. Aw, come now, the ladies would still fall for you; just say it was a dare. They like bravery sometimes." she half-teased, for this was the first time he was turning down an idea, which made it that much more interesting. She had to bite her tongue to keep from laughing.
Then she turned to the boy, hearing him respond. "Nice to meet you; I'm Kiyoko!" she introduced herself, returing to a normal voice. She saw him point towards the cheerleader tables and solemly agreed. "Yeah, I feel your pain. Not the friendlist of people over there."
Mr. Kiyoshi wondered the halls, getting a couple people off from ontop some lockers. "Cmon now, find some better method of entertainment." he joked.

Ray gave Kiyoko a curious look. "I don't know what kind of woman would like that kind of thing..." he said, thinking of some that might, but that's because they prefer females over males. "Mhm, I'm not going to be easily fooled, love." he said. "'Specially if I get nothing out of it." he said with a wink. "Would you be falling over some guy who dresses in clothing that could possibly of come out of your closet? I think not. I know Celia hates it when her little brother decides to steal clothing out of her room." he said. He had actually considered doing this for a moment, but he'd never admit it. "Damn, I'd have to have a whole pack before I did something like that or a six pack..." he laughed.
Celia was doing everything in her power not to laugh. She didn't think he'd go for something like that. But she wondered how desperate Ray would be. Sometimes he could be depending on who the girl was. He was always like that. He tried to act so cool, but when it came to certain girls he could get pretty desperate.
She looked over at Al. "I'm Celia..." she introduced with a smile. "And this is my moronic cousin Ray." she added. "Eh, it's okay. But I do prefer Al." she said with another smile. "And feel free to sit here. I wouldn't do something like that to you." she said, looking over the popular girls.
