Her mind fluttered to Sarabi and Mufasa for a moment, and a sad smile appeared on her face. However, she brightened at his question, her maroon eyes widening. "Why yes!" She smiled widely. "Mchele was the first son of Mahiri and Bakhti, my parents." She reminded him. "It's true, we had no blood ties to the royal family, both my parents were rogues at one point"

She was seemingly less nervous now, and he confident made her more attractive. She was most confident when educating someone on a subject she knew thoroughly, or talking about something she understood well. Numbers, questions of life and family history all fell into these categories. "One of Mcheles daughters was Trinacria" It was all flooding back to her now. She rememebered the conversations with her father well. All confusion about her family ebbed away as she continued. "So, If I'm right in thinking, Trina is my niece, and that makes me your great aunt."

Her voice quietened as she finished her speech and she leaned fowards to admire Ezekiel nervously. "Which is odd, because, I'm not that much older than you."

Zeki quirked a brow as she suddenly had an epiphany. . . Was that the word that described a sudden thought sparking a following series of thoughts? Or was that a revelation. . . He'd have to ask Uncle Trig the next time he and his father returned to beach to check on him. The younger lion only nodded and purred for her. She seemed she knew what she was talking about, who was he to question otherwise?

"So Mchele is your brother. Trina, my mother, is your niece. And that would make me your great nephew," he pondered on the series, yet another branch of his family tree reveal to him. Zeki smiled, and here he wondered why she was beautiful... She was his mother's aunt! After all, where'd Zeki get it from? His parents.

"Well, who am I to tell you otherwise? The way I see it, you are quite a beauty to behold but I see no male around. Now that is rather strange, I would think someone as beautiful as you should have someone around..." he smirked. "Or have you left a trail of broken hearts?"

He could only laugh to himself before he came to nuzzle her.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Aunt Mia."

Knowing that he was family, and knowing that he was listening to her, she felt more comfortable and relaxed, embarassed when he questioned her about a male." She smiled shyly. "Nope, not even a slightly romantic encounter with a male I'm afraid."

She had to admit, she did want a mate and at some point a family. It would be so nice to sit down and educate her cubs, to curl up to someone at night and to just feel loved. Her family had keep her feeling loved for long enough, but she couldn't rely on them forever. Some were going their seperate ways, and she had siblings she'd never even met! Beautiful. Why, he was flattering...Thinking about family, she often wondered about her own mother, she was told that the cream mask on her face was her mothers colouring, but she held her fathers maroon eyes.

Shaking away her thoughts she approached him and nuzzled him in return. "And it is a pleasure to meet you, part of my big and confusing family." She laughed.

"I may be good with numbers, but sometimes counting you all gets a little out of hand" Mia joked.

"Tell me about it, my father has a few friends whom he call 'Brother' which I can only justify by calling them my 'Uncle'. I do know that Kami, our queen, is not my Aunt, she must be higher than that, that is for sure. However, to please my father and to please her, I shall call her 'Aunt Kami' or 'Her Highness'. It only seems proper," he spoke, mulling over his thoughts. As he thought about it, he wasn't too sure which of his uncles were really blood related. Well... with the exception; "But I know any who he calls 'Half-brother' are my Uncles in that sense, and even more that they have taught me much that I know."

Zeki got up and stood before her.

"My Manners," he bows. "My politeness," he stands straight and proud. "My knowledge," a smirk and rather sophisticated life of the head. "And how I should treat a female, such as yourself, regardless of their upbringings or how they are. They are to be respected and honored. That is what my Uncle Trig had taught me."

Suddenly pouncing before her, "I learned to hunt, defend myself, to defend others, and most importantly, my pride by my father, Uncle Kinari, and Uncle Trigger. I learned that I should never ever fight unless it has a meaning, more so to defend another when they cannot themselves. It is only my duty as a Pride Lander to protect it, right?"

The young lion begins to pace a bit, however, not out of worry. "Uncle Ezeoha, he's a descendant of Mufasa himself so he is not directly tied to my father and yet I call him my Uncle. He taught me many things, perhaps you have noticed it actually," he could only smirk. "I know how to please a female, how to fulfill their desires, how to push them the right way to a certain place in mind where I would want them, to make them happy, to make them comfortable, and many other things that I dare not speak of. At least, not out loud," he laughed playfully before purring.

"My own family is rather complex as well and yet they all have a tie to me in a way or another, perhaps you and I can piece them together, yours and mine," Zeki smiled. "If you want, I have a den now and it is surely big enough to fit many a lions, you could spend the while if you like. Perhaps the methods I learned to attract females could help you find a male," he simply winked and said no more waiting for a reply.

She watched him in awe. He seemed to be opening himself up alot more now, and she listened to him talk about his family. Family. So important. They kept you feeling loved and comfortable and everything in your life felt perfect around them. Smiling she nodded. "You're manners and knowlege and such are outstanding" She complimented him. "It seems your family have done a fantastic job."

At the comment about females she smiled shyly. She really knew nothing about males, and not much to make them happy. It seemed, as he spoke, he was well practised within such areas. Her father had taught her about love, but never about the sheer chemistry of such things. But maybe being clueless about it made the experience that bit more exicting? Love was the only thing she was uneducated in.

"Yeah, family complexity, talk about it" She laughed. "I have, 13 brothers and sisters, One who is dead, but lived a mostly happy life, another 3 I am yet to meet, but I doubt I will. They are also alot older than myself." She paused. "Then, when it gets to nieces and nephews, some are unknown, as we haven't seen them for awhile. We heard that Kiburi mated before she passed, and that Mchele, obviously, had two daughters and a son. Mbaya has not been heard of, but apparently she is the nastiest one,and left without a word." She pulled a sad smile and continued. "Mbali and Nitesh, I think Mbali may have had children, Nitesh, I'm not sure about." She thought to the kind hearted Malaika, who she'd heard alot about. "Malaika has had some more recent cubs."

She was slightly taken aback at his offer and smiled. It was always good to learn more about her large family, and she was sure that finding a male would be a good thing too, but she had to think about the family she already had. What would her father say? She'd miss him. But then again it was still within the Pridelands right? It wasn't too far away and she needn't be gone for awhile. "Maybe you could teach me a few things" She said shyly. "But I musn't be gone for too long." Mia smiled gently at Ezekiel. "So where is this den of yours?"

"Quite the family we got to ourselves, huh, Aunt Mia? Cubs, Nephews, Cousins, Siblings, soon, this family tree of ours will be filled with members we never even knew of," he laughed, purring softly toward her. Raising to his feet, he hoped to talk more about the family and herself as they traveled to the den. It was just the half way point between Pride Rock and his Uncle Ezeoha's den. It was a solution so he could be close to Safuma and at the same time, with Ezeoha.

Ger made the male promise to take care of Zeki, though Zeki often wandered on his own, he made sure he was alright himself and let the male know that he was around just to save him from any impending damage his father might cause otherwise. If he had never made this den, he would not have been able to roam where he has before. Morning runs without waking any of the dozens of cubs and cousins. Snores that wouldn't disturb his Uncle's 'beauty sleep'. He could be free and do whatever he wanted.

Zeki nudged her softly and motioned his head. "Come on, it's this way. It isn't far and I am sure you will like it. My friends and I made it really big so I could fit my father's family and our own. But, perhaps I could even fit more," he started off to lead his Aunt to it. Looking over his shoulder, he smiled a simple smile. "I am glad... I met you, Aunt Mia."

She laughed. He seemed quite a sweetie, interested in family, and intelligent too. Mia was proud to be related to 'Zeki. "I'm sure It will." She only imagined the things he could teach her, and the family she could learn about, and the knowlege young lioness was soon bursting with exictement for things that she didn't know.

She knew her father wouldn't mind, it was within the pridelands, and she'd come and see him afterwards, after all. Perhaps she could explain this story, and pass on some of the things she has learnt. She bounded fowards happily, following Ezekiels lead. "Okay". Family was always a good thing to have around. Heading in the direction of the den, she followed behind him, eager to learn and socialise, as this was quite an adventure for her. She paused in her steps to smile broadly at her nephew. "I'm glad I met you too."
