" Myu, I...," Falco exclaimed as he staggered to his feet and made an attempt to grab Myu by the shoulder.
"I-I didn't mean to offend you! Honest!"
Totally horrified now by this show of anger, Falco was at a lost of what to do. Twice, the zahdl made as though to comfort the other but twice the zahdl was stopped due to hesistancy on his part to confront the fuming Myu.
"Please, I'm sorry...," came the hoarse whisper from the stunned teenager.

Myu could feel the anger seeping out of her and completely leaving her body, but it was replaced with a new emotion...one that she never felt before. Regret? No...She felt that with her experience with Cloud. What was this feeling then? Was it possibly defeat? Defeat from what though? How was she defeated, and who defeated her? Falco?
Completely confused, Myu turned to face Falco and frowned slightly. This whole day was a wave emotion, which was entirely new for Myu, and she wasn't quite sure if she liked it yet.
Regardless, Myu made Falco sick...again. She had a habit of doing that today, and in an odd way, it made her feel...bad. She didn't like seeing Falco sick just as much as she hated experiencing these emotions.
Continuing to frown, Myu extended her hand out to the one that Falco went for her shoulder with. She clutched it for a moment before she patted it lightly.
"I made you sick again..." She mused a loud, the drone laced with a hint of sympathy.

"I made you sick again..."
Hearing those words only served to confused the already bewildered Falco more. She made him sick? Of what? Was he behaving oddly today? Yes, now that he had thought about it, he was behaving rather oddly. Perhaps he was sick after all...
Grasping Myu's hand with his other, Falco gazed into her eyes. Was she...sad? Sad that he was sick?
That thought touched him; nevermind that he himself could find no ailments to complain about.
"But I am...fine, Myu," Falco finally admitted but with much difficulty. "Better than I have ever felt actually and...I'm sorry...,"

Fine? Better than...ever? So Falco wasn't sick? Then...what was wrong with him? Myu could tell by the looks on his face that something was wrong, but she couldn't quite decipher the meanings behind those expressions that etched across his face.
That stupid fluttery feeling was at the pit of stomach again when Falco grasped her hand with his other, and couldn't quite remember why she was mad at him only a minute or so earlier. What was it now? Oh yea. That whole insulting thing, but at that moment, it didn't seem to matter. She could feel his warmth against her cold skin that made her safe...in a weird way. It was with this safety that Myu knew that Falco was being honest with her. He really did feel sorry.
...And she could forgive him...
"I...see..." She muttered softly. It was all she could think of at that moment to say. Her mind was sort of blank. Though, the response probably wouldn't have been different her brain actually was functioning correctly.
Her eyes darting to the ground, "My actions as well...I apologize."

" Y-you don't have to you know...," Falco stammered as he released his grasp on Myu's hand. "You, me...both of use seem to be out of sorts today... It's kin-,"
Here Falco's words were interupted by the chirupping of a criket from a nearby bush. This opening chirup then gave rise to other nightly animal sounds as the plains began to settle itself for the night.
Grinning sheepishly, Falco once again extended his hands to Myu. "Would you...err...like me to take you home?"

Hearing the chirping as well, Myu's eyes began to gaze up at the sky. Night began to envelop the sky, and to Myu, it was quite sudden. This day seemed to fly, but at the same time, a lot seemed to happen. Myu actually still pretty confused by it. Emotions. Feeling. Caring about another's well being? That was a lot, at least for Myu. It was more than she started out with today.
She didn't even expect to come to the plains, but it definitely was a nice surprise. She missed the plains...
The plains were an interesting place to be at night, and with barely any surrounding lights, the sky was filled a dozens of stars. Sometimes Myu liked to come just to stare at them. Stars were...interesting things.
Reverting her gaze to Falco, Myu cocked her head to the side and gave a slight shrug of the shoulder. "If...it please you." She replied. She wasn't sure if she wanted to go back to the barracks. Even though she was going to escape there early, she really hated it there. It was too confining...

"Uhh...does that mean you don't want to go back yet?" asked Falco quizzically as he lowered his hand and stared at Myu. It was getting late out here. Didn't Myu want to go back to the barracks where it was warmer and to a certain extend, safer?
Perhaps she likes the cold thought Falco as he eyed the other.

Perhaps, Falco had passed enough time, and it was time for him to accomplish other obligations? It was never a good idea to stand up things that need to be do, and would not be an excuse to put those obligations off. If Falco wanted to end this...whatever this was, then Myu would comply to his request.
"No...It's quite all right," She began as she brushed off her outfit in preparation for the flight. It was times like these that she wished she had more practical clothes. Though, Nyx seemed to like it. She used the word, "pretty", which had no real meaning to Myu.
"...Shall we?"

"If you say so Myu," replied Falco as he once again lifted Myu up into the air. "It's not too far from here, the barracks," Falco said as they took off.
"We shall be there shortly,"

Nodding slightly before Falco once again picked her up, Myu almost regretted leaving the plains at this time. Despite the barracks being her "home", she considered the plains more comfortable than her stuffy room. She felt free and more connected to the wind and air since the openness of the plains provided enough space for the wind to dance across the tree and grass as well as herself.
Nyx wanted a more "secure" place of residence though...so Myu took Snow up on his offer to stay at the barracks...Well not really an offer, but Snow did tell her of the barracks.
So with the information that they would be at the barracks in no time didn't seem to sit too well with Myu. She honestly didn't want to go back. She'd been journeying during the absence of time, so she hadn't spent too much time in the barracks since she came back, which suited her fine.
"I see..." Myu droned nonchalantly, despite it being the last thing in the world she wanted to. "So you won't have to travel far...but what of your residence? Is it far?"

"My residence?" Falco ennquired smiling. " I live in the plains Myu, the plains is my home though I am partial to a certain large tree...,"
"And no. It is not that far away. Half and hour's flight should get you to the tree," Falco said as he mentally guessed the distance.
However, sensing Myu's rather reluctant attitude towards returing home, Falco stopped short. "But why Myu? Is something bothering you?"

Falco lived in the plains? What an...ideal place to live. The best place to live, or at least Myu thought so. In a way, she slightly envied him at that very moment because it reminded her of the carefree days of her youth before that fateful day happened that changed everything including herself.
The days where she lived in the plains...
She almost wished she could go back to those days, but she was different now. She had a purpose, and it wouldn't allow it to be the way she was. Myu also couldn't let herself close to Nyx again since she'd just leave again.
She wouldn't allow herself to get hurt by Nyx again if she lowered her barrier. It would just too much for her to go...or anyone.
Everyone leaves.
Trying to shake the thoughts aside, Myu gazed down at her hands that were tightly grasping one another. It was odd. Thoughts of changing seemed to emerge when she was around Falco...but why? Why did she want to...care?
"...I wouldn't want to put you out your way..." She replied simply, still gazing at her hands. It would be awkward to look at him saying this, but she rarely looked at anyone to begin with.

Was Myu being evasive for some reason or another? thought Falco as he eyed the other zahdl. She seemed to want something and yet not saying it. Cocking his head sideways, Falco began to gradually lower himself to the ground despite it still being quite some distance from the barracks.
"I think I know what you want Myu," Falco then said mischeviously. "You want to spend the night in the plains don't you? That's why you were rather reluctant to return home earlier,"

Glancing around slightly as she felt the two of them being lowered to the ground, Myu didn't understand what was happening. What was Falco doing? Wasn't he taking her home? Well...apparently not, not that she truly minded. She really didn't want to go home. Even if Falco dropped her off, she probably would have found herself elsewhere. She was just spending that time with Falco and her weird feelings.
Myu was about to ask what was going on when Falco made his comment. She couldn't help but feel her face become slightly warmer than usual at the statement.
Was that Nyx's doing? Nyx always had the knack for making places warmer than usual even if she wasn't trying. Was she doing it now? Was Nyx making Myu's face warm, but if she was, it would be affecting her whole body not just her face.
What was this...?
"Pardon...?" She droned in response, trying to hide the heat in her face. "I have no recollection of what you are referring to..."

"Well," said Falco as they landed. "I sort of put two and two together and well...you seem kinda reluctant to enter that four walled shelter. Tell you what Myu, let's take a walk then. It's going to be a lovely night and the plain is big enough for the both of us,"
Saying so, Falco took a few steps forward before turning back sheepishly. His stomach had uttered a soft growling sound. "Uh...by the way Myu, are you...hungry?"
