I had to cut back on caffiene, infact, I drink no soda anymore. I went through a 12 pack a week when I started my first semester, but then I got NO sleep whatsoever. Mabey 3 hours a night. I'm now drinking koolaid. I just need something to sip throughout the day. Its dry out here in Colorado, so its good to drink lotsa liquids. I get my 7 hours of sleep every night now. I still have an occasional soda, but I find tea will work too. ^___^

I still have an occasional soda, but I find tea will work too. ^___^ when i started college i could only get about 2 hrs or less, eventually it got back to my normal 4-5 hrs. but that first few weeks was hell. then later pop started to kill my throat so now i hardly ever drink it, i have lowered it to about 1 a wk. know i drink mostly gatorade, or water, or milk (at meals), and lots of beer on the weekends.
