Jina's ears perked as he spoke. The thought of seeing him again made her heart soar.
"I'd love to spend more time together." She said softly. Her tail swaying softly, trying to hide her excitement.
Now she needed to find a place to stay. Her whole life she had been on the road, now the biggest problem she'd face was find a place to live. She'd make it though, she wanted to be able to stay with Feo and make their friendship grow farther than acquaintance. Or were they more already?

Feo's tail swayed behind him as her voice seemed to trail off. So their reunion had been complete, and it was obvious that there weremore underlying emotions for the both of them. But for now, Feo just wanted to see her more in his home.
"I'd really like that too," he stated, letting his shy smile melt off into a more confident one. "So," he started, "you're going to spend more time here, in the Pridelands now, right?" He sure hoped so~!

She looked around and nodded, "Yeah, I think so." She looked back to Feo and smiled. "Of all the places I've been, the Pridelands are by far my favorite."
Was it because of the vast amount of families living there? The sheer brilliance of the land? Or was it just because Feo was there? She'd never know.
"Now I just need to find a place to stay" She said with a hint of embarrassment, her ears becoming red.

"Well," he began, not quite thinking out what he was saying. "You could always stay with me until you figure that out?" He stared at her, not knowing just how she could take what he said, or if it wouldn't be anything at all. Sometimes boys were really dense.
"Um, well, that is...if you'd like. I don't want you having to sleep out in the open, though, 'cause you never know what might be roaming around...or more like who." Alright, so that confidence that he was radiating a moment ago was gone, and he was back to being a bit shy, and his tongue slipping into embarassing, sloppy comments. Stupid Feo.

She looked at him with surprise. Then, she looked around her, trying to think of what kind of things would lurk around at night. "Yeah, I guess your right." She said as she played with her paws.
"It would be nice to be around someone I know." She laughed a little. "It would be awkward to move in with a total stranger."

Feo's grin widened. "Great!" he said, a little louder than he had intended. "I'd be glad to show you where it is! It's a bit away from the main area around Pride Rock, but that's mostly because all the caves there are taken. It's just a short walk, and you can still here the hustle and bustle of the mornings if you listen enough. It's a bit closer to a watering hole than other caves, though, and hopefully it'll be big enough..." he rambled on as he stood up, taking a quick walk around her as he tried to describe his cave that he had only recently taken up as his own.

Jina couldn't help but laugh at his enthusiasm. She smiled and let out a laugh. "It sounds like a great bachelor pad!" She watched him, "Far enough from your parents, but close enough to all the activity." She stood up, and walked beside him.

Feo's cheeks flushed red. Umm, well, he didn't mean it that way! Her comment humbled him as he settled his pace down next to her, slowly leading the way to where he lived. "Yeah, I guess it is a pretty nice place."
He smiled again, just not as broadly as before. "Once we get there you'll be able to judge it for yourself. Just ah...don't be too harsh on me!" he pleaded, laughing along with it.

She shrugged. "Your a guy, I can't expect much. You don't have any decorating skills." She laughed lightly and nudged him with her shoulder. "I'm sure it won't be that bad" She looked around, "What I've seen of these lands, I don't think anything would look bad."

"Hmph," he grunted, feigning a little bit of hurt pride. Decorating? He was never interested in that. If Jiza wanted to put her own little touch into the cave, then fine, but he sure wasn't going to bother. One distinct difference between males and females.
"That's good," he said, "It is really nice here, I'm still excited you're back. It's like a dream!"

She smiled softly and leaned over, licking him on the cheek. "Are you asleep?" She asked, her tail swaying softly.

Feo's heart skipped a beat. Wait, what...wait, what just went on here? It was like his mind was in shcok, unable to really sense that Jina did what she just did. "Uhh...uhhh," he said, his mind still pretty blank. "I think I am, actually."
He started to turn to her, just to make sure that indeed, she was really this close to him, when he tripped over his paws and landed face/neck first into the soft ground below them. Whoops, he kind of ruined the moment, didn't he?

Jina laughed when Feo made his graceful landing. She then covered her mouth with per paw, realizing that her outburst probably wasn't the best thing she could have done.
"Come on," she helped him up, "Let's get you cleaned up." She said as she started to lick up the spots of mud that dotted his fur.

Feo flushed, horribly embarassed at himself. His embarassment was so strong that for a moment, all he desired was to be left alone and wallow in himself. When he felt the warm nudge from Jina, though, he thought otherwise, and actually (if very quickly) gave her a nuzzle.
"I'm alright, maybe we can worry about it when we get to the cave. Then we can relax and talk a bit more, maybe?" He offered her a smile, though it was obvious that he was still embarassed about his fall.

She gave him a warm smile and they continued to walk towards his cave. "Are you sure your alright?" She asked as she saw some grass stuck in his mane.
Jina remembered the meaning of the full mane. He was grown now. The last time she saw him, he was still a child. No matter how much she tried to look for him, Feo had grown into a matured, and handsome lion.
