"Um... well, I know that I can?" She looked up at the sky, it made her sad. "Endless freedom and beauty... yet I'm afraid to go near it," she mumbled to herself. Loveless had a lot of fun flying, she loved it, but the only problem was that she was afraid to get into the air first every time she flew, it made her tremble because the thought of freedom also comes with getting lost forever. She looked at her wings, they could take her to so many places, but she couldn't even remember the last time she had flown so they looked more like delicate, realistic props then actual wings. Loveless bit her lip, wondering if she had forgotten how to fly, she could soar into trees and down from them, but was she good and strong enough to be able to touch a cloud? She lowered her eyes from them and to the ground.

"That's good enough for me!" Iah proclaimed, spreading his wings and preparing for take off. When the words she mumbled to herself reached him they were but an incoherent whisper that he didn't even hear before he ran and leaped into the air, his wings carrying him skyward. A laugh escaped his maw and he closed his eyes, the freedom of flying was a euphoria for him. The superb fairy wren colored male flew into a corkscrew before realizing that Loveless was still on the ground. He flew low and landed on a sturdy tree branch above her. "Well what's the matter?" he asked with a smile.

"Um, well..." Loveless looked up into the tree and then diverted her eyes away from him. "It's just, um, I... I... I have problems getting into the air...!" She knew full well that she had no problems with getting into the air and she mentally scolded herself for lying. But how was she suppose to tell him that every time she flew she is always afraid at first? She'd seem like a chicken! What kind of winged-creature was afraid to fly? Apparently I am... Loveless mentally sighed.
