He raised an eye brow. "No. Not anyone at all." Why would he be, and why was she asking questions like that? Waiting for someone. Did he look like the type of guy that was waiting for anything? Well, he was waiting for something... Something to happen in his life that would change to good. Too much to ask for, or that's what he thought. "Why you ask?"

Her eyes following the snowy landscape, she shook her head. “ No reason really. ” Glacing at him, still with that smile. She’d just been wondering herself really, no place to go just out in the snow. Lifting a paw she started to draw in the snow before her, though she wasn’t looking at the shapes she was making. “ I was just curious. It’s a little cold out to just be sitting here in the snow. ” The cold didn’t bother her at all, but her parents had told her that not all Ulaya where blessed to have a heavy enough pelt for winter weather.

He didn't realize it until she pointed it out. It was a bit cold for just sitting here. But he wasn't just sitting there, he was more or less just resting before he started to move again. It was just luck that she happened to stumble upon him for a little chat. Even though, he wouldn't admit it to anyone, he was enjoying the company she was giving him. "I wasn't just sitting here. I was resting." He said with a nod. " I spend most my time traveling." Though, it was really him running away from his past. Hoping that it'd never catch up to him where ever he was.

She nodded back as she looked up at him. “ Understandable, every ones got to rest now and then. ” Noels eyes crossed as something tapped her nose. Looking at her nose just in time to spot a snow flake before it melted. Her eyes shifting to look up at the sky she watched as it began to snow once more, the sky itself darkening a little. “ Where are you headed to? ” She liked having someone to talk to even if he didn’t really seem like he wanted her around much.

"No where in particular. Just... about." He said as he looked at her trying not to smile from the funny look upon her face as her eyes crossed. It seemed that the snow had started again. Only slightly though. It didn't seem like it was cold enough to snow, yet somehow it was. He wondered if he should say something about putting her scarf back on if snow was cold on her. He felt as if he was rude when he asked her to take it off.

She laughed slightly as her gaze fell on him once more. “ You now I’ve used a line like that before. It’s kind of funny how life brings people together sometimes. Maybe where supposed to travel together. ” Noel had been raised to believe that everything in life happened for a reason, ever if one didn’t like what happened for what the reason was. Her eyes returning to the falling snow Noel smiled and a second later she had rolled onto her back and was catching snowflakes in her mouth.

He didn't believe in something like that. He looked at her like she's crazy. "Huh?" He raised an eye brow and watched her for a few moments. "I don't think we were brought together. We just happened to be in the right spot at the right moment, I guess." He said. He watched her for a few moments.

Stopping Noel tilted her head so she was looking at him as she lay on her back. His words ran through her mind a moment before she rolled onto her side, her eyes still on him. She was aware that not all Ulaya thought alike and seeing as this male was the first she had meet that was not family, perhaps her parents teachings where not common thoughts among others. Nodding and looked off at the snowy landscape. “ I suppose you’re right then. ”

He shrugged "Who knows if I'm right or wrong?" He raised an eye brow. He didn't always see things right or wrong. Though, he knew, some how, that what she said wasn't true. Or he believed it wasn't. "I'm sure there's truth in everyone's word of their believes." it was a lie that he just said, but it sounded good.

Nodding her eyes returned to him and she watched a moment or two in silence. She was about to say something the when her stomach growled slightly she her eyes widened. Her normally virgin snow white cheeks turned a light pink as one of her paws moved to cover the noisy area. “ Heh… sorry. ” She looked at time apologetically. “ Been a little while since I had a good size meal, tend to eat light while traveling. ”

"Would you like to go find food then?" he asked her. He wasn't going to let a lady starve. Even if he was a bit rude, he still wasn't THAT rude. Even if he sucked at hunting, at least he could... try to help. "I'm not sure where there is a good place to find food at. Do you like meat, or just berries?"

Nodding she stretched out her front legs before standing and doing the same with her back ones. “ Finding food sounds like a good idea right now. I’m good either way, meat or berries but I have a feeling that there aren’t many berries out right now. Took cold I think. ” She looked around at the snowy landscape once more before glancing back the way that had come. “ I’m not to sure where to find food around here either, but I was walking long side a small stream before spotting you, it may lead to somewhere we can catch fish. We could give that a chance. ” She turned her head back, her soft green eyes focusing on his face as she finished speaking.

He chuckled. She was right, it was a bit too cold for berries. The snow surely would have killed all of them by now. He shrugged, and was at least thankful that she didn't want them. Then thinking about where there would be some bunnies... Hmm. "I'm not sure where to look." When she said something about fishing, it was brilliant, but he didn't know if they should. "Oh! I wouldn't have ever thought about that, though the water might be a tad bit cold." he couldn't let her get cold and wet. It'd make her sick. "I'm not that great with fishing, but I can't allow you to get sick."

Laughing heartily she grinned. “ I think I’ll be fine, but I’ll race you there. ” She didn’t give him a chance to agree with her or disagree, turning and setting off at a dead run right away. She still loved to play, racing was a fun little game. She nearly disappeared in the whiteness of the snow, her scarf and green and red areas standing out. Though as she took a jump over a snow covered log and the scarf slipped from around her neck, fluttering to the ground behind her. She didn’t stop though, she didn't even notice it fall at that point. She would go back when she noticed it though. She was smiling widely, it was the first time she’d had fun with someone else in a long time.

"Race?" As soon as he started with that, she had left. What was she thinking? He chased after the white female. How could she do this? He tried to keep up with her, yet he also tried not to fall on his bottom. The ground was slicker then he would have thought. He passed the log, and saw her scarf, picking it up with his teeth as he slowly made his way towards the direction she had gone, only following the foot prints she left behind. Of course, he wasn't fast without any snow, but he was very slow in the snow. He wasn't sure where she had gone, did she even know where there was fish or water for that mater?
