I'm not quite sure about the Nephilim. They are the offsprings of Earth's women and Heaven's angels, but are these angels actually fallen?

I'm not quite sure about the Nephilim. They are the offsprings of Earth's women and Heaven's angels, but are these angels actually fallen?

The Angels that sired the Nephilim were not Fallen Angels. They were (for the lack of a better name) the Watchers. They're job was to watch over Humans and report back what they were up too. But as they watched the more involved they got with the Humans. It was only after the Nephilim were killed off by the floor that the Watchers became Fallen.
