As much as I love Madaras clan, I'd have to go with Hyuga, because in a fight, they are nearly invincable. One on one aginst sharingan, yuo're screwed. Numbers don't matter to Byakugan. with their sight, they could see, and stop, all forms of known mangekyou, the only real over kill of the sharingan.

I think that they are even. I mean, if you think about it, they both have their advantages and disadvantages. And if Sasuke and Neji were to fight, you know that they would be tied because neji could destroy sasuke from the inside out while sasuke could counter his moves with his own. But that is just me. Personally, both clans are P>I>M>P> to the extreme and they both can kick major a**! so go Uchi-Hyuuga!
