I've been inviting people
like crazy. Most of them
don't write back, but others
do, and eventually end up
joining the guild biggrin
I think that, before we go
all genocide on PPS, we should
send all the inactive members
a "las chance PM".

So that we don't just brutally
ban people, y'know?
If they don't answer in two

Clear out a lot of old threads to encourage new ones. If there's nothing there for you to post in, you'll make something right? XD
Lots of contests and interactive things. The Secret Santa is a cool idea. Tektek contests (an upcoming Christmas/Winter/Whatever winter holiday you celebrate one would be nice...)
Clear out the rp section unless there's a still active one. RPs die once they get too far in and then a major player drops out because no new people can join.
I'd say it's mainly just a matter of redecorating and reorganizing to give everything a fresh new look!

@winterberries: It's a guild glitch, the only way to find your post count and how much you've donated and so forth is to go through all the pages of members.
