Willie Parker, Mentored by Jerome Bettis, one of the quickest backs in the NFL. Yes last week 3 fumbles but, it was rainy and he has those arm pads, you are going to fumble. Many question his abillity to pound the ball, last week without the power of Najeh Davenport, Steelers still managed to pound the ball mercerlessly agaisnt the Bengals.

True, Willie Parker is a good running back. Yet, this season, he is only averaging 3.8 yards a carry. He also leads NFL running backs in carries, and for the most part has not made as much noise, as he should.

Dude-LAP Saverio C. Dude-LAP wow, portis had a pretty bad game. 25 carries, 50 yards, 1 TD. Guess he is gettin old...
He is just not effective at getting the ball down the feild. Send in Betts and let portis get the ball now and then.Along with Betts, their QB Cambell can run in certain situations, and is pretty efficient in yardage...although Cambell does seem to fumble often. Cambell can run I'll give him that, and he dose love that fumbleing, but the Skins don't want him to run it. They want a passer to get the ball to the recivers they bought.
Who is your faveriot team anyway

Too bad he's probably out for the season, because although he makes mistakes, he's coming on with chemistry with the Skins' offense. Oh, btw, my favorite team are the NY Giants cool

I'd say Najeh Davenport from the Pittsburgh Steelers is very underrated. Also very good. Had a fantastic game against the Rams and an awesome catch against the Pats. He's great but over shadowed by Willie Parker. He's good but they both bring different things to the field. Parker is explosive on the outside and very fast. Davenport is pretty much everything else. LOL I also think Carey Davis(who also plays fullback) and Gary Russell(who never plays grr) are also insanely good but underrated. And yaa I'm obsessed with the Steelers. LOL

LOL Yea, Parker is more explosive and faster than Davenport. Davenport can break tackles, yet never seems to go over 20 yards... Davenport is very efficient though. He can catch and block better than Parker can. Davenport has a higher yards per carry than Parker. Also, the only reason that Parker leads the league in rushing, is that he has (by far) the most carries in the NFL. ...Unfortunate for the Steelers, they cannot use both for the rest of the season, as Parker is injured. Davenport will not make the big plays, but has a pretty good chance to grind it out and partially carry the tough offense.

The most underrated back in the NFL is Earnest Graham. This guy gets the start week 6 because Carnell Williams, and Michael Pittman are out. He should have made Pro-Bowl(he's an NFC altrenative). He has 877 YDS on 213 carries, and 10 TD's, while only fumbling once. He's only behind LT and AP by 2-4 TD. Nobody gives Graham any credit, let alone the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Not so good on screens though. ...but I don't think he should have been ahead of the other NFC RB pro-bowlers.

Earnest Graham. He's got 10 td's so far as he entered Training Camp as the 4th RB. Mike Alsott goes down in training camp, Caddy goes down in week 3 or 4, Pittman soon follows, and now the running game is better than ever. How bout some Kudos to Graham.

So I see that people are saying things bout Clinton Portis, but the real underrated RB is the Carolina Panthers's Deangelo Williams!

At least Martin got a probowl. Taylor is great, and he gets no respect. His vindication will come when the NFL see's his disappearance.
