well kogal and lolita are styles and lifestyles. the fashion aspects of kogal like the heavy tans are just gross to me. nothing against the people. All the aspects i like of the kogal look can be better seen as Decora. Kogals also have absurd initiation processes if i do recall that i am not fond of.
certain elitist lolitas have a certain presumptuous air that their fashion is the only Japanese fashion worth practicing so, whatever works. i've seen a lot of these two groups at disease because they dispute which atributes of lolita and Kogals originated from the fashion

I've always had an inexplicable dislike of gals. That isn't to say I'd be hostile to a gal for no reason, should I meet one, I just dislike it.

I don't have anything against them - they can dress however they want. It's not my problem. Some of its cute, some of its not. Depends on the person and how well they pull off the style. Oh? I could name a couple of "elitists" in this guild that doesn't match that "personality". And also, if you knew was "prissy" meant, it wouldn't belong in that category. lol, if you've never seen any other definition of it then it's about time you explore outside Gaiaonline.
