Mumbling a quiet thanks to Violet, Noah proceded to examine the clipboard she had handed off to him as she led them away. Thankful for his exceptional memory and ability to memorize things (so long as his nerves didn't make him spazz out), he took in most of the information quickly. They're an interesting family, Noah remarked to himself as he entered the examination room briefly after everyone else.
Shutting the door behind him, he approached Violet quietly, "Do you want to do the basic check-up?" Noah had the feeling that Ronchas underestimated the woman slightly because of her airheaded nature, but he didn't want her to underestimate herself. Maybe giving her lead of the reins and watching from the sidelines would do her some good. Violet deserved the recognition.

"Sure," Violet replied cheerfully. "I'll take care of it then come and get you when we're done." She wasn't about to give up the opportunity to prove herself and politely 'shoved' him out of the room. She turned to the family and grinned.
Without too much mishap, except dropping a few unimportant plastic slips and covers, she managed to check all the important things; temperature, eyes, ears, heart rate, blood pressure and the rest. She wrote them all down on another clipboard.
When she was finished she cooed at the little ones. "You two have been so good. Now be just as good for Doctor Noah, okay?" She then left the room to go get him again.

Japi giggled a little at Nurse Violet's actions. She understood the desire to do things yourself as opposed to having a man do it for you. Lith had learned that early on. Luckily he didn't mind. She didn't realize Violet wasn't thinking along those lines at all.
Lilly behaved herself wonderfully, even though she was still a little shy. The blood pressure device scared her a little because of the pressure it caused on her arm, but she didn't cry. She didn't like the light shined in her eyes either, but she still didn't make a sound, until the lady checked her heartbeat. The cold metal of the stethoscope startled her and she let out a short cry, but her mother's arm was there quickly, so she stopped and just sniffled the rest of the time.
Addy wasn't bothered by anything the nurse did, but she noticed that her mind was full of images of the doctor her father was thinking about before. Other than that though, it would go to random things, but was rarely actually on her work, unless she had made a mistake. Then her mind would snap back to what she was doing before. There was really a little more going on in the woman's head than little Addy could handle at one time, so she started to get a bit dizzy. Every once in a while, she'd throw a little something on the floor with her mind, just to make the woman back away for a moment, so her own head could clear.
Lithanus sat silently in a chair the whole time. He didn't want to be a bother, but he didn't take his eyes off the children the whole time. He was also waiting for a moment when he could bring up their strange powers, but the opportunity never presented itself. It might be better to bring it up with the Doctor anyway, he thought to himself.
When it was actually time for the girls to get their booster shots, Addy knew it was coming, so she caused quite a struggle. Lithanus managed to calm her down by holding her and speaking softly to her. His calm energies flowed over to her and she sat still just long enough for the shot. After that, she wouldn't let anyone touch her for a good few minutes.
Lilly sat perfectly still, but her body was tense and tears welled up behind her eyes. She shut them tightly as the needle went into her arm and the liquid was forced out the sides, but she tried not to cry. Japi held her after that.

Before the young doctor even had a chance to respond, he had been ever so gently pushed out of the room. Well, he hadn't quite expected that to happen. Regardless, he waited patiently for Violet to fetch him back in. Noah really didn't have anything to do at the moment, and settled for spacing off for a bit. It was nice to have some time the relax in the clinic. While the bright fluorescent lighted hallways weren't exactly the most inviting or homey of places, it was an improvement from dim cramped laboratory.
In what seemed like much too soon, Violet came back out and his leisure time was over. Noah entered the room, checking the clipboard and the data that had been gathered from the check up.
"Well, the girls are completely healthy. You're free to go, unless you had any concerns?" Noah glanced from Japi to Lithanus with a raised eyebrow.

Lithanus cleared his throat, but then he thought about it a moment. It was entirely possible that the powers were not related to the serum or the clinic at all, so he hesitated. He'd been so convinced before, but now that it was time to make mention of it, he was second guessing himself.
Japi noticed that Lithanus was trying to say something, and realized what it must be about. Her lip curled into a bit of a scowl. "We don't have any questions, do we Lithanus?" Having discussed the issue with him the previous night, she felt there was no reason to bring it up now.
Lithanus shook his head. Japi was right. Regardless of what the cause was, it didn't change the situation anyways.
Addy was bored by the time the appointment was over and was quite eager to go. This time it was Japi who picked her up, so the emotions and images in her mother's head were that of frustration.
Lilly was ready to leave as well, but mostly only because it meant she would be carried again.

Violet met the family on the way out and handed Japi a flier. "Doctor Ronchas wanted me to make sure that everyone got this." She waited a moment for Japi and Lithanus to take a look at it. "It's for a really good school that specializes in teaching exceptional children."

Japi looked at the flier. It looked like a good enough school, but Japi had always planned on homeschooling the girls. She nodded politely and stuck the flier into her sleeve, just in case.
Lithanus went to the front desk and paid the inattentive receptionist for the visit. In all honesty, he couldn't imagine why she was still working there, but decided that it wasn't worth worrying over.
On their way out the front door, Lilly waved over her father's shoulder at the Nurse and smiled brightly.

Violet waved back at the little girl and smiled brightly, then turned to Noah. "Did you see that?" she squeaked, her smile spreading from ear to ear. "She waved 'bye-bye' to me."
