I spaced out to. Then i rememberd. "Hey Alex wanna go shopping?' I had gotten paid for cleaning the rooms a day ago. Hey shurgged apparently he had nothing better to do.

Alex wasn't much of a shopper himself, but he enjoyed helping Marina get just the right look. Of course, when they went shopping, Alex wound being forced to try on clothes. It didn't bother him too much.

I had him try things on normally he humored me because he was a good friend like that. I amde him try this awesome jacket on.
"I'll get you that as a welcome back type of gift." I picked out a cute skirt. I handed the cashier the money and then we went to the pet store I pet some rabbits then got chased out by the crazy asian guy running the place.

Alex remembered that. It was something Marina often did. After going shopping, they'd go to the pet shop and look at the pets. The store owner didn't like them hanging around without paying for a pet, so he often ran them out of the store. Alex couldn't help but chuckle at the memories.

After panting. "He's still crazy as hell." I said laughing. Alex was smiling. I looked out a window. Awesome the sunset was coming.
"Hurry run to the pier!" ~sidenote the mall wasn't far from the hotel.~ We took of towards the pier then sat and watched it.
"You can't ever miss a Corolina sunset."

As he watched it, Alex felt a warm feeling. The kind of feeling that a person gets when they've accomplished a goal. But what goal did he accomplish? It felt confusing. He tried not to show his confused look on his face.

When I sat down I realized my hand was on his. I blushed and moved it away. He didn't notice until I took it off. My mind was shoting off (your stupid).

Alex felt something brush his hand. He glanced at it, and then at Marina. She looked like she was blushing, but it could just be the light from the sunset. He decided not to dwell on it too much.

"K." We walked back to the hotel I went in the kitchen he went upstairs. I sat next to my mom. "Whee!." she looked at me funny.

"I'm going swimming with Alex tomorrow!"
