Namine entered the town of Blacksnake. It was a small town not much to really look at. She wondered where this Exorcist Von was. Would she have to chase him around town before finding him? Namine ran a hand in her hair out of frustration. It would have been nice if the document detailing her assignment informed her of his exact whereabouts, but it didn't. She decided her best bet would be to ask around as she wasn't sure if this town contained an office dedicated to the vatican.
She groaned audibly. She hoped that her partner was at least pleasant. She recalled her last mission and the party she accompanied. They were grumpy and kept to themselves. Namine had a heck of a time trying to get anyone to open up. She hoped it would not be the case with Von. "Oh darn how do I ask about him if I dont know what he looks like? Well guess I'll have to try anyway." Namine stepped further into the town and began asking people one by one if they saw a man thought to be from the vatican.

The women who had approached him was quite beautiful in his opinion. He was already putting on a handsome face hoping that maybe shed like to go to dinner. Thats before he saw her upclose.
Not only was she from the Vatican "HANDS OFF" but she was a vamp....a neck biter....a skin sucker.
she was asking about more of her "Vatican buddies" his only answer was the wierd tattered looking bloke who had stayed in the hotel room opposite him.
"Yea....im pretty sure hes nearbye......... went that way" he said hoping she would go quickly so he didnt have to keep his eye on her.

Namine smiled and thanked the person offering a slight curtsy. She had noticed the change in his expression from one of welcome to one of insecurity and then finally to one of eagerness. Eagerness for her to be on her way. She shook her head sadly. Common folk has such misconceptions of what she was and in a way she pitied them. She headed in the direction the guy had pointed in. Hopefully she would soon come across this Von. If worse came to worse she would wait near the hotel till he showed up. Although she much preferred to find him now rather than later. The people in this town were not to keen on her kind even if she was from the vatican.

Chances where she was one of a few vampires here. No doubt she would be ridiculed for what she was. "besides if anyone bothers you about being a vampire then call the police and charge them for racism. or better yet tell your local minister" he knew that although a racism charge could be defended rather easily a minister hearing of anti vampire actions wouldn't be shot down so quickly. The church seemed to be very determined to eliminate racism in the past month. He couldnt help but think about his mission in his head. He was totally focused on finishing his goal....to earn redemption. He had to find the daemon. According to information he had gathered it was in a physical form and was a level 2 daemon. This meant it was strong and could easily overpower a man but did not posses powerful magic or abilities....such as flight....or possession. "No and what does it matter I'll be gone eventulie we all die". Maddie said darting off into the ally wa. From whiping off he rmake up she took off some of her sunscreen she had ot fingure out a way to stay in the shade. If only it was raining she would be fine. But it's nto so not only does she have to avod the girls that were beggning to hate Vampiers but the sun as well. 'Why couldent i be a normal child if only there was away to end it all...'

He saw the girl run off after her tantrum. the way she was already contemplating death. He was finally glad that now hed be able to get on with his mission. Thats when he saw the figure at the end of the street wearing Vatican Robes. He hadnt reported back to a church since his last assignment and that was a month ago. Could this Lady be here to check up on him?
Either way it would be best to get this over with now.
He started walking toward her with each step noticing more and more.
She was definably in the vatican probably some new sister sent to give him some message. Probably something along the lines of
*Adressed to Von Turin Exorsist*
Despite your record you still cannot be forgiven for your crimes and thus are still condemned within the eyes of the Vatican. To truly earn Redemption further service is required. Continue to report to Churches in order to stay in contact with our representatives.
thats what they always said. But he had no choice he had to do as they said. Eventually he got close enough to see the tone of her skin. It was subtle but he could tell she was also a Vampire.
"oh god damb it" he said frustrated he never did like being around vampires....after fighting against Vampire Rebels he couldnt help but see them as a possible danger.
"LET ME GUESS YOUR LOOKING FOR ME" he yelled half way cross the street.

Namine looked across the street startled. "What the-?" Her inquiry was cut short as she noticed the man. She could only presume that this was Von the excorcist. My what a rude fellow, she thought. Couldn't he wait to come closer and acknowledge me? Instead he is yelling at me like some child. She was not please at all. What did the vatican think they were doing assigning her to him? Namine began to feel like she always got the short end of the stick.
Namine put down her belongings and prepared for the unwilling introductions. If she could tell anything by this first impression she was sure he would not too pleased with her presence. Especially the fact that she was a vampire. She really did wish it was easier for her kind. Who knows maybe he wont be that bad? Will he? She groaned inwardly at the thought. Why can't I get someone chipper and who doesn't dislike vampires for once? To her it seemed like whatever god was out had a sick sense of humor. Taking a deep breath Namine extended her hand to the exorcist. Her honey colored eyes scanned his visage. Her soft french accented the coming words. "Von I presume? Im sister Namine De L' Cor your new partner. As of now we will be working together on your mission...." Namine awaited his reaction to her statement.

Maddie then poked her head out of the ally way just eought to stay in the shade. When she finally decided there was no way to get to her house with out having to indure the sun so she hoped that ally-way fence.She then cam eacross the odly looking felowen who lectured her on how she was trying to hide her apprence so she decided to take a closer look. She then noticed ehe was with a nother Vampier and to conclushons came to her mind well three... One that was his wife. Two he was doing bissuness with the lady . Three he was being fallowed by her and she was trying to suck his blood.So she thoguht heck why not fallow them nto liek they will see me.Then sticking her hands in he rpocket she relized she had the sunscreen all along and that just made fallowing them esier but mabey it would be best to still stay in the shdows.

"its nice to meet you miss De L' Cor.....i see your a vampire...Born or bitten?.......hmm it doesnt matter theres a church in the next town you can report back there and tell the Vatican to reasign you, help doesnt go well with me." He trying to stay polite but he was furious. He had partners before and it never went well. They would either quite saying it was to dangerous, Die or simply quite after finding out of his past crimes. The Vatican knew what he did.....now they mock him by sending some pretty girl for him to protect.

Namine was delighted when he shook her hand so heartily. That is until her told her to march herself to one of the offices and have them reassign her. Who does he think he is? she thought. Im not someone you can just shrug off like an unwanted piece of clothing! Keeping her anger in check Namine addressed him as politely as possible.
"Monsiour Von..I don't think you quite grasp the situation. This is non-negotiable. There is no going to the office and being re-assigned. Therefore, I suggest you warm up to the idea." She saw his expression and interjected "Or do you think im not capable enough to be your partner. What exactly bothers you about me? Is it that im a vampire? Is it that im female? Is it that you find me attractive? Or is it all three? On second thought don't answer." Namine placed her hands on her hip and stood defensively. "We will be working together from now on Mr. Von. So whatever doubts you have, whatever complaints are rising within you, what ever gripes you are dealing with..I suggest you handle them. I Sister Namine De L' Cor am your new partner. Now should we get better acquainted or are you going to put up a fight?" She waited for his reaction. Though he had upset her she now felt slightly amused.

he suddenly realized that his new partner was no push over like the usual new recruits. Maybe she wasnt new...maybe the Vatican decided to show some sence and send him someone who could handle themselves. "hmm well ill start of and say it is becuase your a vampire. The area we are in has a high concentration of Puritans. Before i could just bypass them and they wouldnt bother me, Hell i could even buy ammo from them. Now when they see you there gonna start shooting, And that means i have to shoot back. Now i dont like them but sometimes a fight with them isnt a good idea. never the less i am impressed by your attitude."
he smiled and nodded. He figured he should probably inform her of her mission. That would probably shake her up the idea we were out hunting daemons.

"Hmm..I guess you aren't as pompous as your first impression led me to believe. Then again your motives for not wanting me as a partner are not surprise. My nature is a red flag amongst many people. I can always let you explore the towns on your own..that way your precious dealings won't be affected. Im used to the hipocrisy and scorn that my kind encounter and have learned to cope with it. I was human once..and in my hear I still contain that humanity. My appearance genetic structure may have changed as well as my needs for survival. But I am not a monster and so I won't be ashamed of what I have become." Namine did not want him worrying to much about her being a vampire. She could be a great help which is why she was assigned to him. "So are you going to brief me or what?" she said finally offering him a smile.

MAddie leaned into the bushes a littel more tyring to make as littel noise as possibel but she then fell out of the bush and landed right infront of them."Uh...ello"Maddi easiad wishing sh ehad never decied this at all.After stanidng up she tryed walkign away hoping they didnt know what she was doing. but she will soon find out

he was about to brief her that moment but after seeing that girl fall out of the bushes he realized that here might not be the best place. either way he very quickly grabbed the eaves dropping girl by the shirt.
"Didnt anyone tell you not to sneak around tryng to listen in on peoples secrets.....Where from the Vatican if you overheard somehting we wanted secret we could have you locked up" he yelled at her. he realized he may have been a bit harsh and let her go. "You better stop following us pronto or youll be in big trouble got it!" he said.
he realized he still needed to answer Namine.
"As for the pompous remark i assure you after you get to know me that will change" he said with a small laugh. "However i think if im going to brief you we better go somewhere more private" he said looking back at the girl a final tim.

Namine looked at the girl. So she finally revealed herself although not in the way she intended to. She watched as Von handled the girl. She was getting ready to stop him but he stopped himself. She looked at the girl. She was a vampire just like her.
Namine heard Von and agreed that they should go somewhere private. But before that she moved towards the girl. "Mon cher it is not lady like to spy upon others. Especially with you being a vampire. Anyone else might think you were up to something and try to harm you. People like you and I must always be careful of our actions for we are not accepted fully by society." Namine smiled at the girl gently and turned back to Von. "Well Monsiuer lead the way. I just arrived at this town and have not had the chance to explore it properly." She waited for her new partner to lead her away. Giving the girl one last look, Namine waved adieu.
