So you might have a picture of him in manga form. I'd like to see it. I love the series and the manga would be cool. But I'd like the manga to represent the series. I mean I want it cool. I still buy the mangas simply to have them but I want something to read when I buy it!

That better not be Ash in the corner with girl. No I don't picture him looking like that. GRRRRRR. I'll have someones head for this transgression! *glares at the artist*
Wait a minute. That could be a Daimon cause Ash would never hurt anyone. That isn't Acheron! Fraud! Not you of course. But I think the man in the other corner is the Dark-Hunter but who I'm not sure. I do have to say the artwork is beautiful. That would be a manga I'd own simply for the fact that the art is beautiful.

I've seen that pic somewhere's before. Seeing as I'm a guy, I'm not obsessed with Ash's looks, so I think it would be fine for him to look like that.

I'm a girl, obviously, and yet i'm not really all that obsessed with how he looks. I have my opinion and the dude in the picture doesn't agree with what i think, but i'm okay with the pic too, considering i've pictured all of my favorite literary characters "incorrectly" so yeah, i'm okay with it. lol.

I picture all charcters as Anime style no matter what because I can't imagine them as human(looking that is). It's just easier for me.

I agree with that. Anime is way better in my opinion. You can get away with a lot more than you can with real-life. Of course I draw manga so it comes with the territory.

I don't draw manga but I do draw characters for my stories. Or just random works, and commission sometimes, for friends and such.

Hey, just thought i'd post that i can ID the people (roughly) in the picture since i got my copy of the DH Companion. The dude leaning against the wall is Ash (they forgot his backpack!!!) and the other dude is a Daimon with a chick that he's attacking.

The reason I don't do Manga is because I can't draw backgrounds or small people. I'd have to draw it at a medium size and then they'd have to shrink it, and I can't add backgrounds via computer because my scanner is broken and I'm a lazy bum.
Oh goody. I've only ever really heard of Ash's backpack in one book so it's a minor detail for me.
