Ramus's eyes again grew wide and was beyond shocked by her reaction. now this time along with the eyes growing wide his jaw went slack from the shock. " you have got to be messign with me now in doing that or my dad is wrong about mares." he gave a grunt to keep himself from geting more flustered than he was by what she did since never before had he been around a mare other than his mother, aunt and grandmother. " pft shows what you know about my brother and i. we always together and always will be even if we decide to go off on our own for short times."

Hm. Seems she still needed to work out a few of the kinks. Or else Raum was just that dense. "And what is it that your dad says about mares? I'm curious to know. Because if you think I'm doing this to seriously mess with your head...then you must be mistaken. As far as I'm concerned, I like attention. And I'll do whatever it takes to get it." Her tail gave a small annoyed flick momentarily as she straightened her posture.
Her eyes narrowed slightly as she eyed him. "I don't know anything about you and your brother except for that your attached at the hip, apparently. All I know is that if you ever take any interest in any mare, which seems unlikely, she won't stick around for long. Especially not with your brother hanging off of you and vice versa all the time. Twos plenty. Threes a crowd. Get it? Got it? Good." Dafina tended to have quite an attitude at sometimes. But she learned early on that she should never take any s**t from anyone. Especially not stallions. If they were gonna belittle her and talk rude, well she'd steer quite clear of them. It seemed Ramus was turning quickly into a lost cause.

oh ho ho seemed she had a attitude on her and was one that was a attention seeker which made Ramus snort with a wrinkle of his nose. " hey now you are out right geting a attitude here and you got a odd way of geting attention is all i have to say." snorting his side of him that was like his hot head father was now showing." my brother and i hang together for our own reasons. i dont need a mare telling how i should be around my brother even if threes a crowd. and my dad says mares are nothing but trouble usualy and i'm thinking he was right if im gonna get snapped at." with a quick movment he moved from where he was, to be standing off away from her cause he had a feeling she might try and kick his a** if he wherent careful now. " im usualy fun and laid back but sheesh i hate being snapped at and if i was rude at all sorry. it wasnt my intention at all to be rude but its not like im the most social one." sheesh what a way a first meeting to go.

Closing her eyes, Dafina took a few deep breaths. 'Just calm down. Obviously he hasn't had much experience with other Soquili. It'll be ok, just a little bit of a bumpy start.' Well, she hadn't had much socializing either, but at least she knew how to act properly around others and not just blurt out what the first thing that came to mind was. Or nit pick at others floybles. Either way.
Her eyes snapped open just at the moment that he started to move away. The mare forced a little smile to her lips, though it turned out a bit crooked as she gritted her teeth just slightly. "I'm sorry. I just don't take kindly to others who think theres some kind of....ulterior motive to what I do." Pawing at the ground lightly, she glanced at a bit of dried grass around her hooves. "I'm just...used to be fawned over by my parents I guess."

Ramus gave a asmall sigh and gave a nod to her. " and im just use to beign with my brother and parents so i guess i should say sorry for being rude in my own way." taking a step towards her, he tossed his mane. " so we even now?" hopefully now they wouldnt again go at it just like they had over what each other said to one another.

Her body relaxed now. Hopefully these little agitating few moments were over with for the time being. Man, what an emotional roller coaster! It almost made her a bit light headed.
Nodding her head slightly, her forced smile now relaxed. A look of relief washing over her face. "Its ok. I guess its understandable that you would stick with your comfort zone of what you know when you haven't had much socializing with others." Her tail gave a thoughtful flick before she continued. "Yes. We're even now it seems."

Ramus noticed she relaxed and so he was now more relaxed before nwo that he felt he wouldnt get a good kick for what he said. " well you can't blame me for having lack of social skills as i usualy tend not to try and act proper cause i love causing a bit of fun." he shrugged, and gave a fllick of his tail. "so what is there to do?" after all of this he was now findign things where geting dull rather fast. for him anyways since he liked having amusment.

"I suppose." Was all she replied to his statement. Yet in the back of her mind a little voice was chattering away. 'He could act proper in times when he wasn't causing trouble, at least.' How one could not have proper social skills even without much interaction. Did young Soquili just not learn it from their parents in how they are suppose to act in certain circumstances? She must of been one of the lucky ones she guessed.
Glancing around, she gave a small shrug. "Probably not anything that you'd be interested in, really."

" only way to find out is to do whatever that is." oh hie had been taught to act proper but he was a little bit of a rebal and choosed to ignore being proper when his parents where not there. giving a grin, he tossed his head. " so shall we find out or no?" beign one to liek to move about he was more than ready to be doing something besides the small talk.

She glanced about for a few more seconds before her eyes snapped back towards the stallion. A small smile spreading her lips as she gave a subtle toss of her mane. Dafina was still feeling a bit on edge from earlier, but that was no reason to let it show.
"Alright then. Pick a direction to follow and we'll see where that takes us."

" you asked for it." ramus smirked and took off at a run in whatever direction he felt like going at the moment. it didnt matter which way he went to him and he asumed she would be quick to follow him when he took off. if not well he would look like a idiot now wouldn't he.

Blinking and standing there for a second. It took her brain a moment to register what exactly had happened. Wrinkling her nose, she grinned and took of after him. Her mane and tail whipping behind her as she drove her hooves deep into the racing earth beneath her.

taking a glance back and seeing her follow suit his smirk grew wider. it made it all the more fun that she followed cause then it could make this into a race which was something he liked to do with his brother. " hurry or i will leave you lagging behind!." was all he vcalled back to her as he picked up his pace. tail and mane whipping behind him, he was enjoyign himself now.

"If not too easy to leave behind!" She called back. Her tongue poked out of the corner of her mouth as she tried to get her legs to move faster. Raum was bigger and probably could cover more ground than her. But just because someone could run for a longer distance didn't mean they could just it faster than anyone else.
As she drew closer, she nipped at his hind end before she jumped forward a bit. Almost neck and neck with him now.

Ramus ignored the n** at his hind end and stretched himself out to full length in hopes to gain more speed as she caught up with him. neck stretched out with ears pinned flat to his head, he was deturmed to give her a run she wouldnt soon forget. it most likey wasnt smart on his part to start ignorign his surrondings and only concentrating on how fast he could push himself because up ahead they would have to make a turn if they didnt want to end up going head first into some trees.
