Anne entered the hall silently. She was smiling to herself, watching the students starting to meet each other. Interaction was one of the focus points of the school, and she knew how important it was.
Her discreet watching stance was, however, disturbed by the sudden appearance of Flash and Joker. "Those two always have to create mayhem..." She thought to herself, before leaving her hidden spot by the wall and heading forward to the fallen man she had met not so long before in the teacher's reunions.
"Are you ok?" She asked, leaning down and extending him an helping hand.

Joker still daze by the blow to his leg, managed to open his eyes alittle. "ah... Anne, thank you! you're always so kind..." Joker said. He reached out his hand and she pulled him up. "You know, i was having a usual race with Flash around the school and all of a sudden he stops and wacks me to the ground," he sighed as he dust himself off. "I think i'm getting old, i can't even beat a penguin..." Joker sighed again. Flash looked at his master and let out a little bark, as if he was worried about his master. "Ah~ it's alright little fella, we'll go have breakfast now," Joker said with a smile and Flash's eyes lighted up with happiness. "Anne would you care to join us?"

Teroh had only been walking with his wings concealed for a few miles, and yet he already yearned to release his large dark wings, and be once again in the sky among the birds. 'But no' he reminded himself, for now it was best to keep who and what he was a secret, at least who could find out if this, so called "Second Chance Academy" was not only, actually what it claimed to be, but also if this place was truly a safe place for him to call home.

As Teroh got closer to the school he realized he must look pretty odd walking to the school, with just a backpack on his pack, while everyone else appeared to being dropped off by a parent and have at least some form of luggage. 'Great it's only the first day and you are already drawing unwanted attention to yourself' Teroh thought as he walked up the front steps towards the main building.

When he arrived he saw that it a fair about of the students were waiting in and around the main building and decided that, that was as good a place as any to wait for someone to tell him where to go or what to do. He entered the building and felt a shiver tun down his spine as he felt the air conditioning hit him. Not wanting to be disturbed Teroh found a spot that was away from most of the mass of people and leaned against the wall as he closed his eyes, once again dreaming of the time when he could release his wings and fly.

Star waved goodbye as the other girl left, and then sighed. The only real topic to talk about was one she wanted to avoid. "So...what is your power?" Star asked abrubtly. She knew it might be unexpected, but oh well.

Anne helped the older man up and smiled warmly at him. "Don't talk nonesense, I know of a lot of teens who wich they had half your energy!"
Looking around, she saw the eager faces of the many students, some daring, some shy, all waiting for what was to come. "So many doubtful hearts, so much curiosity..."
"Sure I'll go with you, I didn't have anything to eat yet as well." Petting the funny penguin for a second, the brunette extended her arm to his owner. "Shall we?" Her expression was merry and relaxed. This year looked promising.

Teroh was so engrossed in his daydream that he didn't even notice what was happening to him. As he thought of gliding on thermals and letting the wind take him places his wings slowly began to unfold from within his back. Before he knew what was going on his wings had already expanded to their full wingspan of nearly seven feet. He realized what was going on when he felt a tickling sensation on his right wing and realized that his wings had expanded and that , that particular wing was currently brushing against a nearby potted plant. Realizing that he was causing people discomfort by taking up so much space in such a small room, he quickly recalled his wings back into his back, and quickly left the room. Once outside he moved around the school until he found a place with no one else around and brought out his wings once again. He gently began to flap his wings and began to slowly rise of the ground.

Kiyoko watched Star as the blond-haired girl was sticking the knife into her wrist. Althought this confused her for a moment, she mentally made a guess that it had something to do with healing. After all, why else would she be doing this? It would be of no gain to cause pain for herself for no reason, and selfharm wasn't a good thing in general. Kiyoko now was hoping dearly that she was right as Isabel looked up at Star with a pitited face, as if she knew what the girl was doing to herself with the knife.
